This luxury farmhouse is the perfect place to explore Lexington with your group. It's centrally located, close to downtown and Lexingtons top attractions. Our home was designed and built in 2022, we specificlly designed it for short term guests. What's not to love about this home? It has an elegant bathroom with a luxury bathtub, beautiful hardwood floors and chef-worthy kitchen.
Prepare yourself for an evening of epic proportions as you entertain friends and family in a brand new, top of the line kitchen. This space is well equipped that it will leave even the most demanding cook satisfied with all they have available at their fingertips!
This property has everything you need for groups, including outdoor furniture and a garage full of games. The spacious family room is built to relax and enjoy time with your loved ones. A fireplace makes it feel like home, while plenty of seating ensures that everyone has their own comfortable spot in the house!
You will be able to indulge in luxury memory foam beds and linens at our property. We're sure you'll enjoy them! We want you to feel at home while staying with us. We are available for any of your needs and will go out of our way to make sure you have a wonderful stay with us. Our sister property is located on the same street just 3 houses down, please contact us if you are interested in renting both locations for a large group of up to 24 people.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

We had an excellent stay at this property in the heart of Lexington. The property was spacious and well equipped and comfortable for the whole group. We also enjoyed the game room and amenities. Check in was simple and communication was great. Highly recommend if you’re in town for a visit!

Stay was great, house was conveniently located to town,Keenland, and several distilleries. Only negative was trying to grill Steaks, the grill did not heat up properly and had to prepare meal indoors.

KY Girls Weekend

A group of 10’of us (sisters and nieces) came to visit with our Niece who goes to Kentucky University) and have a girls weekend. The location of the property was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Lots of fun.

At least the house was amazing!!

Excellent for large family

Our family was in town for my son's graduation from Transylvania. Our group ranged in ages from 12-86 and everyone enjoyed the house. The location was great, plenty of room and we had everything we needed. Terrific house.

Stayed here with a group for a horse show. House was perfect and very comfortable. The driveway had plenty of room for our pick up trucks but had to be careful getting in and out of the driveway since it is a bit narrow.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. The neighborhood seems to be in a revitalization mode. They have a great coffee shop right in the middle of the neighborhood that we really enjoyed. Be sure to stop there for live music at night or a coffee during the day.

Wonderful house for a guys’ or girls’ weekend. Plenty of space and rooms! Very clean and stocked with all the essentials. Hot tub was perfect. Plenty of seating in den with a fireplace to sit around. Our host Seth was very helpful too with our questions! 100% recommend. Oh and for those coffee and wine folks. There is the cutest little cafe 2-3 blocks up the street.

Great Location for Access

We stayed here with a school group for a leadership conference. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed for the week. The garage/game room is a fantastic addition. I am personally not fan of memory foam beds but that's a me problem. The beds are very nice!

Wow…. Best VRBO ever

The pictures do not deceive. The home is as beautiful as it looks and is as spacious also. It was very well equipped with very high end fixtures and furnishings. Working with Seth was very easy and excellent communication, which is always a big plus. Definitely not check out the coffee and wine shop right down the street, I really can’t say enough about how nice this home is and comfortable. We loved our stay in Lexington. I do highly recommend taking The Unique Horse farm Tour with Shaun Washington.

Brief getaway

Beautifully remodeled house. Easy check in feature with app that explained things very well. Comfortable beds. The neighborhood is in the early phase of up and coming. Still a little rough around the edges. Only thing that wasn’t easy was getting used to the new time zone. My group enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again if we return.

New and Nice

This place was quite nice, clean and for the most part well-appointed. Missing out on a few things needed for kitchen upkeep, but Seth was on the spot with remedying. Only awkward part was one king bed was "open" with no door or privacy from others; nor bathroom access other than downstairs. For us attending the Kentucky Horse Park, it was a little more drive than we like, but fun coffee shop in the neighborhood and very well kept.

5 stars, would stay here again

Six of us, three couples, came to Lexington to sample some of the area's most famous products. Location was on a quiet street (next to last house on a dead-end) and we were pleased that a neighboring train track and businesses out the back were not intrusively noisy. Easy drive to areas around and out of town. House is great for couples or families. We all agreed we would stay there again, if back in Lexington. Only a couple of very minor negatives: Cleaners were not done by check-in time. The listing included a fire pit, which was not there. Everything else worked great, including wifi for all our devices.
