This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home will welcome you into paradise with its many features!
Located on a Gulf access canal, you are minutes from open water. The oversized lanai is well equipped for all of your needs. Enjoy relaxing in the spa, or swimming in the heated pool. The gas grill, outdoor TV’s, pocket sliding glass doors, and pass-through kitchen window will make entertaining a breeze! 2 kayaks will be provided so you can enjoy going out on the water and observing the manatees, dolphins, turtles and all of the wildlife our area has to offer. If you want to speed things up, boat rentals are only minutes away! Poles will be at your disposal if you are inclined to caste a line from the large dock right in your own backyard. We have provided 2 bicycles and a ping pong table for those of you who wish to stay active during your stay as well as board games for lots of family fun! If a day/night out is what you are looking for, you can boat or drive to many beaches and restaurants. This property is conveniently located close to grocery stores and shopping centers for all of your needs. And if all that wasn't enough, for your cooking and entertainment needs, this property also features a gas stove which is very rare in our area.
