Very Clean!

Everything was new or updated. Cute little unit. The linens smelled like fresh laundry and that is a huge plus for me. Who wants a pillow that smells like sweat?! Location was perfect for my work stay, easy on and off I-10. I always had a parking spot in the back and when I was short on quarters for laundry, a kind neighbor gave me 5 quarters for $1.00. The only recommendation would be a new washer and dryer, or containing it in a small shed or something. There was a loud, barking dog two doors down for a good portion of the evenings. Host was prompt with replies. I would stay here again.

No frills downtown location

Basic studio apartment type rental. Fine for 2 people for a couple nights. We didn't spend much time there. Just a place to sleep near our downtown venue. We used Lyft to and from the venue for less than $10. The neighborhood appearance was a little sketchy but we had no issues. It was 100° when we arrived and it did take 12+ hours to fully cool the unit down. The bathroom is tight with no counter space. But we would stay again if we were back in the area.

Alone time

This property was very nice and relaxing. Right in the center of all the restaurants and stores. Very peaceful neighborhood and plenty to do. I will be back soon.

Property Perfection!

This property had everything my partner and I could have wished for during our Holiday stay. Location was great, minutes from downtown with great local drinks/food within walking distance. Would recommend for couples looking to explore in a cozy, welcoming environment!

Secret hideaway near downtown

Cute studio close to everything.

This little studio was all we really needed for our weekend stay. The location had us near all of the fun restaurants and night life although the street/neighborhood itself was a bit rough. The only complaint I have is that the small a.c unit was not turned on prior to us arriving which caused the small unit to be around 85 to 90 degrees. With it being a hot summer we were bummed to have to wait a few hours until the room cooled down enough to enjoy it.

Nice

The property is newly refurbished, clean and quiet. Kitchen, bathroom and living room/bedroom combo all clean and newly appointed. The neighborhood is an older working class area with older small one story homes. The street is quiet. We did have a few “bumps in the road” when booking/checking in, however the hosts were very quick to remedy the problems and were genuinely apologetic. We believe they are new hosts, and are still working out some of the kinks. We would definitely book this property again.

A cozy place close with great location

The place has been newly remodeled with a great shower and tub. Nice applicants and TV. Nice neighbor who gave us oranges and grapefruits. Owner was warm and friendly. I believe we were one of the first to stay here. They could use more kitchen supplies like tupperware or salad bowl. But overall we loved it.
