The Harper House can accommodate up to 10 people

• The primary bedroom is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, king-sized bed, and 55” Smart TV with Roku
• The secondary bedroom is equipped with two queen-sized beds, its own ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a 55” Smart TV with Roku
• Additional sleeping spaces located in the sunrooms – a queen-size pullout couch downstairs and a twin-size daybed with trundle upstairs, excellent for children. Both rooms come with full length curtains
• Steal away to the upstairs sunroom reading nook, enjoy the view of the golf course, and get cozy with your favorite novel
• Stylish reading nook set up with several books to choose from on the shelves

Guest Access:
• Smart Locks enable the best security and allow a contactless check-in process
• Guests will gain the door code to the house and gate code to the community prior to check-in
• Please enter and exit the community using one of the two resort entrances at Duenke Drive or Walker's Cay Drive
• Free on premise driveway parking with space for three vehicles. Additional overflow parking may be found at the community pool a block away
• The driveway is at an incline – please enter slowly
• Street parking is prohibited and could lead to your vehicle being towed
• No boats or trailers of any kind are to be parked in the community
The Neighborhood:
• The Harper House is located in the lakeside Tan-Tar-A Estates neighborhood of Osage Beach, the most charming and established beach community in the wider area.
• Bring your clubs and hit the links at the Lake of the Ozarks Golf Resort, a mile and a half from the house.
• If you want more of a resort experience, Tan Tara is located adjacent to Margaritaville – THE preeminent place by the lake to hang out with your family and enjoy every amenity imaginable; horseback riding, pools, bowling, mini golf, tanning beds, restaurants, spas, access the marina, boat rentals, etc.

Other Things to Note:
• Beat the heat by taking the one block stroll to the larger of the two community pools visible from the front entrance of the house
• Bring your clubs and hit the links at the Lake of the Ozarks Golf Resort, a mile and a half from the house
• If you want more of a resort experience, Tan-Tar-A is located adjacent to Margaritaville – THE preeminent place by the lake to hang out with your family and enjoy every amenity imaginable; horseback riding, pools, water park, bowling, mini golf, tanning beds, restaurants, spas, access the marina, and boat rentals
• This is a golf cart community. For the safety of all, please be on the lookout for carts and observe the 15 MPH speed limit
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM. Noise violations will be charged accordingly
• Guests under the age of 25 are restricted from booking an entire home if they live locally and don’t have at least 3 positive reviews
• Pool hours are from 10 AM to 10 PM. Please abide by posted pool rules.
• Items left behind: Shipping starts at $25. For bigger items, the cost may vary accordingly
• Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel, and treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7
