A beautifully renovated and professionally decorated one bedroom oasis located at San Marco Residences (3rd floor) on Marco Island. Our condo is directly across the street from the public beach access and steps from the soft sand. You can even see incredible sunsets over the Gulf from the third-floor balcony. Totally renovated with new appliances, furniture and comfortable bedding. And wait until you see the customized wall unit housing a new and comfortable queen sized Murphy bed. Tennis court, pool and grilling area make this a true get-away in paradise.
This condo is centrally located on Marco Island. Kitty corner from the gorgeous JW Marriott and right across the street from the beach with one of the few spots with free beach access. Fun restaurants, shops, and activities all within walking distance.

Free Wifi and assigned parking spot. There is a coin operated washer and dryer available on each floor. Remember to bring your coins and detergent, if interested.

**We own another condo in San Marco Residences (5th floor) for friends and/or extended family hoping to join you in paradise. (VRBO #1039867)

Great spring break
My husband and I took our 2 children here for 5 days of our spring break. It was absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect. We would definitely come back! The condo was exactly what we needed!

Lovely property Very Good Location
This property was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The owner provided us with easy access instructions .Lots of handy beach equipment was available and the fabulous beach was a 3 minute walk.. The only drawback of this property was a very annoying ,bright light outside of the bedroom which wasn't very well blocked with the blinds .

This property is top notch. Very clean everywhere. Condo furbished with everything you need. Walk across the street and you are at the beach. Pool is awesome and everyone we ran into was super friendly. I would highly recommend this!

The condo was as described, very clean, and had nice amenities. We were in for a retreat down the street and the location was great for us. The beach access just across the street was also a benefit. The place is well stocked and we really enjoyed the nice open space. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. They have a few beach towels as well as beach bags if needed. The host was awesome with communication and not only helpful but responded quickly to all questions. Great place, highly recommend!

Our week long stay was great! The property has everything you would need and a cozy feel. The beach is a short walk away. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. Property manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Location, location, location. What a great place, not only is is updated, but the convenience of having the public beach entrance across the street was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bathroom was clearly remodeled and having a Murphy bed instead of a couch pull out as the second bed made a big difference for me. There are plenty of towels, chairs and beach items to enjoy your stay. There is even a small cooler to take drinks to the beach. My in-laws really enjoyed the breeze on the balcony everyday. I would absolutely rent this unit again and again. The Marriott is right there for a nice dinner or drinks. Can’t wait to go back.

The condo was great! Updated. Comfortable beds including the Murphy bed. Location cannot be beat across from the Marriott (even tried their pool and beach side grill) and beach entrance. Everything you need in the condo to enjoy the beach. Check in and out process was easy and quick. Highly recommended. And on top of that an excellent value.

A+ experience at this prime 3rd floor location directly across from the best public beach access in Marco Island (Marriott hotel/beach bars.). Spent a fabulous month in Marco and never felt cramped. Gorgous sunset views from balcony and beautiful interior. Condo stocked w beach chairs, umbrella, beach bags & carrier. Walked the beach, swam in warm Gulf daily & walked to dinner most nights although kitchen fully stocked (really appreciated stocked spice rack.) Laundry right next to room & always available. We rented bikes (delivered to condo bike rack) & rode all over island & to Goodland. Safe, convenient location w easy guest parking. Other condo renters/owners extremely nice. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

We spent many vacations visiting family in Marco Island. After falling in love with the area and with San Marco Residences we purchased our own piece of paradise in 2015.
San Marco Residences and our condo have the perfect location in a very well maintained condo property. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, movie theater AND the beach is directly in from of us with easy access.

What makes this property unique

Location Location, Location... this condo is kitty corner from the JW Marriott providing a second option for those in town for a conference. Or if in town for the beautiful crescent beach, this is steps away from one of the few public access points. Whatever your pleasure, this well-maintained and safe condominium complex allows you to relax and enjoy paradise.
