There is a spacious living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The luxury kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary equipment and an ice machine. The house is modern and comfortable. The private pool 5 x 12 m has a pool house. The pool has a wooden sundeck with associated sunbeds. The pool is equipped with alarm. You have access to 2 bicycles. The enclosed garden is accessed via an electric gate. The nearest beach of the Camargue is 50 km away, 12 km, top St. Remy, 15 km to Avignon, Nimes 35 km ski resorts of Mont Ventoux and the Luberon, 80 km. The center of Eygalieres is at 2 km.
Pool heating is available from beginning of April until end of October at no surcharge.
