Perfectly located in a serene park side setting of the luxury resort community of Dover Bay, this spacious home makes for the ideal family vacation escape. The main level features two bedrooms with queen beds in each, a full bath, a large fully equipped kitchen with open concept dining, generous living room, & gas fireplace. The large upstairs features a king bed in the third bedroom, second full bath, and a full-size pull-out couch in a loft style TV area. Outside you’ll find a large, covered deck equipped with a BBQ overlooking beautiful Brown’s Inlet as well as a view of the river in the distance! Attached garage may be used by guests and offers ski rack and boot storage for use in the winter months! Lair of the Bear comfortably sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. No pets allowed. This home comes with complimentary guest passes to the Lake Club Fitness Center with outdoor heated pool and spa!
