The Space:
THE SKINNY: This extraordinary 4 bedroom home is situated in the treasured heart of St. Augustine beach, a wonderful residential neighborhood with quaint restaurants and shopping. The home itself is 100 steps from the street's dedicated beach walkover. From any of the home's balconies, indulge in ocean views and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! The private pool glimmers in the sunlight, sparkling so peacefully that you will have no choice but to allow yourself to fully escape into vacation mode. Amazing shade with glimmers of sun is available in gobs on the patios throughout the day. The state of the art kitchen is truly stocked to allow you to entertain your whole group with ease. Dine while you observe the ocean waves rolling in! Relax inside or outside, grab some beach gear and head to the sand, or grill out on our propane BBQ. A lively living room fireplace sets the tone no matter the time of year. Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun!
THE PROXIMITY: Walkable within minutes to the best parts of prime St. Augustine beach and a 10-15 minute drive north to historic downtown St. Augustine! A1A is our main commercial corridor, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. To the south of St. Augustine is Marineland and Palm Coast, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun and another amazing area to explore! To the north of St. Augustine is Ponte Vedra with its legendary golf courses and high end spas and retail. This home is less than 5 minutes from Publix grocery store.
THE SPACE: The home sleeps 8 in 1 King and 3 Queens. The kitchen is equipped to service your whole group and cook together for a great night in! The TV's are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows.
THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 4/3.5 layout:
MASTER BEDROOM SUITE: 2nd floor. Boasts a King size bed and adjoining living area, plus stunning en suite bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub.
2ND BEDROOM: 2nd floor. Queen size bed and ocean views. The adjoining bathroom has its own private toilet and vanity. The shower, located between the two private toilet/vanity rooms, is shared amongst the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
3RD BEDROOM: 2nd floor. 1 Queen bed. The adjoining bathroom connects via the shared shower to the 2nd bedroom listed above.
4TH BEDROOM: 1st floor. Queen size bed with en suite bathroom that features a walk in shower and washer/dryer set. The entire first floor is like it's own private apartment and can be treated as such with its own living room and kitchen.
HALF BATH: On 3rd floor off of the living room and kitchen for easy access.
AMENITIES: Sparkling blue pool and hot tub. 100 steps to the beach. Balconies and ocean views galore! Patio seating and patio dining options for spacious outdoor living. Living room fireplace sets a cozy ambiance year round. Some pool floats and beach gear provided. Outdoor shower. Propane BBQ grill just off of the kitchen on the 3rd floor. A set of washers and dryers on the 1st and 2nd floors. The first floor can be used in the capacity of a fully functional private apartment. Linens and towels included. Access to Marsh Creek Golf and Country Club for a fee.
MARSH CREEK GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB: The owner has extended their Marsh Creek Country Club membership to their guests to enjoy golf while vacationing. Marsh Creek is about a 5 minute drive from the house. We can coordinate tee times for your group. Please inquire for more information.
OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.
DOG FRIENDLY: We are happy to accommodate 1 dog up to 70 pounds with a nightly fee. 1 dog is the maximum allowed. We require all dogs to be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and to have been treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in. Please inquire about nightly pet fee (it is not automatically added to your reservation, we have to add it manually) and give us details about your dog so we can assess and approve Fido coming along! Check out BringFido (its an app) for an easy way to find all the dog-friendly commercial and outdoor spots in St. Augustine!
PARKING: The garage is not available for parking. There are 4 driveway spots available for cars.
LAUNDRY: We offer a 2 sets of washers and dryers, one each on the 1st and 2nd floors. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.
HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 10-12 minute drive north is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated 100 steps to the beach access, and a 2 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach's main drive on access at A Street! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent Beach to park and walk on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. Ask us for more information!
FYI: Per the listing, we will charge the card on file for the listing's Security Deposit of $1500 on the day of check-in. The funds will be released 7 days after checkout if no damage is present upon your departure. In addition, a $350 non-refundable incidentals fee will be added to each reservation. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your security deposit is not the maximum amount you are responsible in the event of damage. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
Guest Access:
Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Please be sure to abide by parking options notated in the above section.
Master bedroom closet is not included in the rental. It is locked owner storage.
The Neighborhood:
The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! This neighborhood is very safe and GREAT for renting bikes from Drifters and seeing all of St. Augustine Beach's beauty!
The Kookaburra coffee shop is just three short blocks away, and is a local favorite.
Multiple highly rated restaurants of all types are within walking distance on A Street, as well as bars, real estate offices, mini golf, and much more!
Just a 15 minute walk up A1A Beach Blvd is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.
A 10-15 minute drive from historic downtown and 5 minute drive to The Amp! concert venue where many well known celebrities and musicians play!
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival. Please, make yourself at home.
