THE PANORAMIC VIEW FROM THIS 1ST FLOOR DIRECT OCEAN FRONT CONDO IS ABSOLUTELY STUNNING AND SURROUNDS YOU THE MINUTE YOU WALK IN THE DOOR.

OCEAN FRONT windows on 2 walls with an additional mirrored wall, combined with it's close proximity of only 2 ft. to the sand of the beach, plus being on the 1st floor, provide you with a very unique beach vacation. Quite 3 zone central air also makes for added

LINENS ARE INCLUDED AND YOUR BEDS MADE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL. You can forget the hassle of heavy packing for your vacation. All linens, 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash clothes and kitchen towels are included. Arrival paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap are also provided for your convenience.

Tile floors are steam mopped weekly. We also disinfect all solid surfaces with a commercial disinfectant used by hospitals to kill corona & flu virus. Then periodically use a mold and virus bomb to disinfect the entire condo. Also installed Ultraviolet Light Sanitizing devices on each of the 3 AC/Heat units. These germ-killing UV air cleaner devices improve indoor air quality by killing airborne mold and microbial bacteria.

THE LIVING ROOM has an electric fireplace, a Sofa and 2 swivel rocker Recliners. Marble top dining table with 4 swivel arm chairs. The master bedroom has a King bed and a bath with a walk in tiled shower. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds, next to a full bath in the hallway which has a tub style shower. Both showers are chlorine filtered.

THIS IS ABOUT AS CLOSE TO THE BEACH AS YOU CAN GET. The balcony is only 2 feet from the beach. On the deck you have a counter height pub table and 2 arm chairs plus 2 bar stools.

THIS CONDO WAS COMPLETELY RENOVATED with a new 3 zoned central heat and cool system and is maintained in near mint condition. Tile floors throughout, fresh paint, new barn door that can separate the bedrooms and baths from the living room. New kitchen cabinets, new appliances and new furniture. New LED light fixtures and ceiling fans with a newly updated decor throughout.

THE LIVING ROOM AND BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE FLAT SCREEN TV'S. The luxurious decor is immaculate with the utmost attention to detail, so you have everything you need including a hair dryer in each bathroom, WI-FI internet, Summer life guard Beach Set-up Service available, Linens provided with beds made for your arrival, Home Theater TV Sound bar plus a Stereo Radio with CD player, with WIFI and Bluetooth connectivity, all make for a one of a kind vacation.

A WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN has most everything you will need, large ice and water refrigerator, all new appliances, granite counter tops, K-cup coffee maker and garbage disposal that makes cooking a joy. Coin operated Washers and Dryers are just down the hall.

THIS CONDO HAS CONVENIENT BEACH FRONT PARKING. There are no heavy doors or long hallways. The atmosphere is laid back with no dress code, lobbies, slow elevators or parking garages to hassle with. There is also no door keys to keep up with or return. You simply enter a code to open and the door automatically locks behind you for added security.

WE LOVE THE CONVENIENCE OF FIRST FLOOR OCEAN FRONT. We can lay on the beach or at the pool and easily run back and forth to the condo for drinks, snacks and bathroom breaks.

Beautiful ocean-front condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this lovely ocean-front Condo. The condo is beautifully decorated with up to date furnishings and kitchen appliances. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we felt truly welcomed by the attention to detail given to bedding, towels, and so on. The owners were very helpful and answered any questions promptly. We were blessed with some beautiful September weather and enjoyed our time on the beach - including the still warm ocean water. We look forward to returning to this property in the coming years!

Absolutely Amazing

First off the view was absolutely breathtaking, the beds were super comfortable, the spare bathroom shower is great, and the home was clean and very well decorated. I would absolutely stay again. The owners responded very fast to general questions. If you second guessing it don’t. It’s exactly like the pictures and more.

Perfect getaway location!

Selected to be close to family in same complex for a family reunion. Loved the sunrise view from end unit deck. Unit was clean, bright and well equipped. For higher price point, would have appreciated beach towels, nicer bath towels and bed linens, but minor in the grand scheme of things. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful property for a beach vacation. It's a very lovely condo with direct access to the beach! My family and I enjoyed everything about our time at A Place at the Beach III and especially this host's home. Morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the oceanfront deck; amazing ocean views; lazy days on the beach; live music within walking distance at Ocean Annie's; a quick drive to the boardwalk; and nearby grocery shopping, restaurants, attractions, golf and outlet shopping. We originally thought we'd do a day trip to Charleston, but decided to stay put. Thanks, David and Kelly, for being such gracious hosts.

Perfect location and view

Now, this is OCEANFRONT! Among the high-rise behemoths, this little 1st floor gem gives you a genuine beach experience. Literally, steps from the sand, a few yards from the pool, with a sweeping view from huge windows - its location can't be beat. The condo is thoughtfully loaded with clean, very comfortable furniture, everything you need in the kitchen, and even beach chairs and sandcastle building tools. Owners are very responsive and helpful! The best stay we've had in North Myrtle Beach over the many times we've visited.

A Place at the Beach 2022

Love this place!

This place is amazing. Five minutes from the outlet mall, amazing restaurants, nice quiet cul-de-sac and the beach is awesome. Feels newly updated and nicely done. Very clean. Love the chargers by the bedside. The pocket door which separates sleeping area from living area is wonderful idea. Might be good to have extra batteries on hand as one of remotes went dead while there. Maybe there were some in closet but didn’t see any. Hope to come back someday. Thanks for such a great place.

View is spectacular

We loved staying at this property. Our unit was absolutely beautiful and very well taken care of. The convenience of being steps from the beach made our trip so enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here if you get the opportunity. The host were so nice and very accommodating. If we had any questions, they were very quick to respond. One other thing that was nice is that it seemed to be less crowded on the beach in that area compared to where we have stayed in the past.

Wonderful vacation beach front property!

Absolutely wonderful vacation property at Myrtle Beach! The property is just as described, with the most amazing beach front location and views! It was clean, updated, and very comfortable. Kelly and David were amazing hosts, always responding promptly. Definitely deserves a 5 star in all categories!

Just like home!

This properry is AWESOME! The location is right on the beach, oceanfront first floor. When the host tells you to park as close to the ocean as you can and walk in...that's what you do. Wonderful place to stay, clean and the fact that the door is a securiry code to enter, no keys to mess with at the beach! I would definitely stay at this unit again. So much so, we will look to book 2 weeks possibly next year!

Very Nice Property

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for 22 years and have stayed at multiple properties in those years, this is one of very few that are completely updated and nicely decorated. You truly cannot get closer to the beach! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Right on the beach!

You can’t beat the proximity of this unit. Truly an oceanfront property. Was really nice to be able to put the umbrella and chairs up early in the morning and leave it there as long as you wanted. The condo itself has everything thought out for convenience and functionality. Worth every penny.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay at the beach. Literally, right on the beach! The owners were very gracious and responsive to all of our needs. The condo was immaculate and decorated so lovely, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The decor is so welcoming and comfy, we just loved it there! Towels, paper products, even beach chairs and umbrella were provided for us to use. I could not imagine spending our vacation anywhere else and will definitely be booking again! This is the perfect place to stay!!!

A place at the beach.

We couldn’t ask for a better place. We were right on the beach. Our toes in the sand. Beautiful condo, very clean. Our umbrella and chairs are sat out for us everyday. That’s a big plus for me. We love staying there!!!

We are from Michigan and have been traveling to Myrtle for 20+ years. Our family loves vacationing in Myrtle Beach and especially on Shore Drive where we enjoy the laid back atmosphere and yet are close and convenient to everything. We invite you to enjoy our Vacation Home as much as we do. It's like having your own beach cottage and living on the ocean's edge.

Why they chose this property

After renting at APATB III on Shore Drive for many years and enjoying it so much, we wanted to create what we felt would be the ultimate vacation experience for our family and share it with others. We completely renovated and customized this unit to do just that.

What makes this property unique

We love being able to walk next door to Sands Ocean Club resort. Whether getting a massage at the spa, eating lunch at River City Cafe or listening to music at Ocean Annies, it's all just steps away. Within 5 miles of the condo on Hwy 17 you have Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, Cracker Barrel, and the Myrtle Beach Mall with movie theaters. You also have Kroger, Wal-Mart and Tanger Outlet Mall just 5 minutes away without ever getting on a busy highway.
