Located in the very popular gated community of Cumbrian Lakes, this family-friendly residential community is surrounded by Beautiful Lakes, Conservation Areas, Wildlife Viewing and Scenic Walking Paths, yet close to Restaurants, Shopping, Outlets and World-Class Golf.

This private pool home near Disney is perfect for families needing extra space and comes equipped with all the comforts of home including free WIFI, a full kitchen with modern appliances, microwave, coffee maker, full size washer/dryer, DVD/VCR combo player, a stereo music system, cable TV in the living area and every bedroom.

Start your day with your morning coffee poolside while enjoying the peaceful lake view. This south facing pool allows full sun exposure to catch those "Florida rays" year-round. The pool/spa can be heated, if required, for an additional fee. Please enquire for details.

The airy open kitchen and living room is a typical Florida floor plan and the floral-patterned furniture add to this tropical setting.

The master bedroom provides a spacious king size bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed and the fourth bedroom offer (2) twin beds.

Home close to the parks

The house was relaxing, spacious and located close to the parks. The kids loved the pool and the pool table. The hot tub was relaxing after a day at the parks.

Not all that its cracked up to be

If you are a fan of playing goldilocks and the three bears when it comes to your beds, Important information being placed in places on a listing that make no sense for them to be where they are located, Misleading information in the listing not limited to verbiage but also photos, and having Important information like things that are not included that you are responsible for, then this is the place for you. Let me expound Beds... theres 1 king bed 2 queen bedrooms and then one room that has 2 twin size beds in them.

Great place

The house was very nice the only issue i had was the listing say heated pool and hot tub however the pool is not heated unless you call and pay and additional fee which is around 30 dollars per day that you want it heated. If you are going to do that you should have it in the description that there is an additional fee for use of the pool heater.

This property was great. My family and I needed a place on short notice due to our original rental being a complete disaster. Everything was clean and tidy great condition and location we were all very pleased. Only thing is I’m still waiting on my security deposit back.

Cumbrian Lakes property

We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this property. Everything was as described in the listing. The orientation of the pool was great for full sun all day. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We did have an issue with the pool pump our first week but the property management personnel were very accommodating. We drove to Disney parks and area several days. That would be my only complaint about the location, however, the traffic on the nearby roads is not the fault of this property. Just be prepared to spend time in traffic going and coming to most places. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed out stay!

Relaxing, wonderful get away!

We booked this villa for a week. The location was perfect! We were just a short drive from all the attractions. The home was well appointed with everything we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and the view was wonderful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Orlando area.

Wonderful Villa and location

We had the most amazing time ever. Thank you Tammy for your help and being in touch. We decided to book a villa rather than one of Disney resorts for our holiday. What a great choice that was! Villa is specious and very clean. Location is perfect. Close to the shops, restaurants and Disney parks. We hired the car but it was easier to use Uber. The neighbourhood is lovely, quiet and very safe! The view of the lake and skies made our mornings even more special! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

Family holiday

The villa was ideal for our stay, the accommodation was clean, had everything we needed and was a great base for an Orlando holiday. The pools orientation was perfect and backed on to a tree border. Cumberland lakes is a nice quiet gated community and is a great location for all the things that goes with an Orlando villa holiday.

Very peaceful....

Great location, sun all day and peace and quiet over looking the lake and conservation. Very well presented villa, extremely clean and well stocked. No isusses and commuication with Stephen was excellent.
