Perfect Getaway. It's very secluded, and private. The only problem we had was the heater on the Jacuzzi didn't work so the water was really cold at night.
Cabin was tucked away secluded by trees it was perfect! Enjoyed the hot tub, sitting around the campfire and trail walks. Will definitely be back soon!
We stayed there for a very close property to the local ORV state park right down road. Local restaurants were awesome and the property itself was perfect for what we needed. Hot tub was the best way to relax after a day of riding hard. Will most definitely be renting one of these cabins again when we go back.

St Louis get away
This place is perfect for residents of St Louis, who are looking to get out of the city for a few days.
The cabin is a small shed converted into a tiny house like cabin. Provided is an electric heater fireplace that does a decent job keeping the place warm. I will say the floors do get cold though. Also provided is a mini fridge and freezer and a small flat top grill. The grill only goes to 300, but still cooks a delicious steak.
The hot tub is easy to use and adds to your experience. Also outside are patio chairs and a nice fire pit with a grill and picnic table.
I would say the least favorite part of the place are the outdoor toilet and shower, but they are maintained and we’re clean upon our arrival, along with lights for when it is dark out.

This cabin was a great place to stay! Our only downfall wasthe porta potty. It definitely smells. But other then that it was great! The bed was super comfortable. Lots of trails to explore! We will definitely be back!
It was a perfect getaway for a couple to have some alone time. Had all the basic necessities, secluded, but close to town if you need anything! We enjoyed our stay and wanna come back again next year with our family!
This place hit all our points for our stay. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Hot tub hands down was AMAZING and very clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for my husband and I. He is 6’4 and i am 5’8 and it was perfect for us. The Cable tv and internet were a huge plus in the late evenings when planning what to do each day. Kevin the host is very accessible and will answer any questions you have. We will definitely be booking another stay very soon!
Owner was incredibly welcoming and checked in on us several times. Cabin had everything you would need - even a laptop! -and was very clean. Hot tub was wonderful! The only confusion we had was finding which cabin was ours, as there are 3 on the property and signage isn’t very easy to see which one of is the correct one to go to. Thankfully, we were the only ones staying on the property at the time and the owner even offered for us to “hot tub hop”, haha! Would definitely recommend this to anyone and we will be back!
Great night in the cabin with only a few minor complaints
Overall our stay was great. The property was very nice with the cabin nestled into a woodsy area. It wasn’t quite as isolated as expected- the cabin was closer to the road and the trees less dense than it seemed from the photos- but it was still a great setting. The cabin and property was very clean overall. The hot tub smelled a little off (reminded me of a pond) so I think the chemical levels needed to be checked to make sure it stays clean. The outdoor shower was great, and had nice warm water. It would be nice to have some instructions on how to use it though (the water was turned off and it took us a little while to realize what we needed to do to get it to work). The cabin is easy to get to, maps got us to the address with no issues, but there were no check-in instructions so we were a little confused at first because the cabin is past the main house off of a short gravel road. And there were strongly worded “no trespassing signs” that made us hesitate a bit. On the other hand, the host was really responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out time, and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable while we were there. The complaints I have are all pretty minor and nitpicky, and the stay overall was great and we really enjoyed our night at the cabin!
The cabin was perfect for myself and my dog. Secluded enough for privacy but close enough to town for a quick trip.
The trails on the property were great in the mornings to get out for a quick walk before starting the day.
The check in process and making it to the property were incredibly easy. Communication with the host was great.
