Tops'l is across the street from Grand Blvd, renown for it's restaurants and fabulous shops. If down time is what you are looking for, our Water Song home provides privacy, peace and quiet reflective time.

This fully renovated, no expense spared, condo can be reserved either on its own or along with the adjoining unit, taking it from a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom to a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom stunner with a bonus kitchenette! The two condos are separated by a high security door which is deadbolted shut when not in conjoined use, and each one can be reserved separately or together.

This Summit condo is located in Tops'l Resort, Tops'l is a wonderful Beachfront development. Basketball, Shuffleboard and Mini Golf are available for you to enjoy at the Tides at Tops'l. All are free to play! Please go to the Tide's office for equipment. Just across the street for Tops'l Resort is Grand Blvd, with great shopping, fabulous restaurants for inside and outside dining, a theater and a large grocery. Check these out in our photos.

Checking in is always easy; simply enter your personal door code into our high security door lock, and vacation begins! Walk right in and enjoy all that our newly remodeled property has to offer.

We feature a smart and cozy open floor-plan in order to maximize the easygoing atmosphere of this splendid vacation destination. In the kitchen you will find generous counter space as well as cabinetry, a lighted island with a couple of barstools. We have provided all of the necessary dinnerware and cookware for a lovely meal at home which can be enjoyed at the large dinner table which seats 6 comfortably. The living room has a large and sectional sofa, designer swivel chairs, a 65 inch Smart TV, wall to wall glass with lush views and ample light. The balcony off our living area is a great place to enjoy coffee or tea in the morning.

The master bedroom features a king bed, a large closet, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. Our stunning master bathroom is complete with a large walk-in shower, laid with floor to ceiling hand painted Thassos marble . The guest bedroom has two full beds, with a smart TV and a closet. The second bathroom, just renovated, is located in the hallway next to the guest bedroom and services both the guest bedroom and main living area. It features a tub shower combo, with a deep soaking tub.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
