This was our second stay at Grazing Oaks and we would not stay anywhere else when we visit Williston. It’s that amazing!!! Super clean, super beautiful, super hosts! Only problem is now all our friends want to stay there too! We better book our next stay fast!
My family and I stayed here and although there were a few hiccups before we got there, the hosts were always available (even in Europe) and were so attentive. It was close to the springs and the property was super peaceful. Everything was clean but I will say if you are sensitive to smells like I am, there are those febreeze automatic room misters in pretty much every groom.
One of the most amazing places I have ever rented. We will definitely be back later. The pictures doesn't do this place justice. GO NAVY !!

Infested with cockroaches and choking smells of mildew with multiple automatic air fresheners
My husband and I arrived July 6 for a week booked at this cute house on a gorgeous property. On arrival we spent hours killing numerous roaches. I chalked that up to summer in Florida & assumed we just had to live with it. There was an overwhelming smell of mildew competing with choking amounts of air freshener. After turning them off and putting out bowls of vinegar to absorb the smell of mildew, figured we’d just put up with it. We loaded up with food, & put all of it in the fridge and freezer. I cleaned with peppermint oil to repel roaches but still found them, even 1 in my possessions.
Each morning we woke with new insect bites but thought- maybe mosquitos? Nite 3 was the worst with a feeling of things crawling. Next afternoon I washed sheets & thought I should check the mattress. There were tiny dead roaches, what looked like fleas and something else. Roach bites?
We decided that this had gone way way beyond unreasonable and checked into a motel. I informed the owner, who fully refunded our stay, but we also had to throw away all of our food. The next morning a roach ran out of a wetsuit leg while my husband was getting it on.
Spent most of the next day emptying, cleaning & treating the truck; laundering EVERYTHING, both for mildew smell & roaches.
We continued vacation but July 22 roaches crept out of gear in the truck. We ended trip then-did the treatment & laundry again. Don’t know if we can salvage the truck.
My husband and I took our daughter and her two daughters (ages 21 and 17) with us to spend 4 glorious nights at Grazing Oaks! The mighty Live Oaks that covered the acres created an enchanting canopy of leaves and twisted limbs. The outdoor string lights made them even more magical at night. We played on the zip line, macrame swings, tree swing and explored the beautiful grounds. We all fell in love with the friendly horses and cows. Everyday we looked forward to buying carrots, apples and oats to feed them. The barn is so very nice and has a complete outdoor kitchen attached to it. We made a fire in the fire pit, roasted hot dogs and made s’mores. The house is decorated with cute “farm house” decor and is inviting and comfortable. It is an older home which went perfectly with our surroundings. Zady and Agustin are amazing owners who are easy to communicate with and ready to help. On our first day we visited breath taking Cedar Lakes Woods and Gardens which is only 9 minutes from the property, The second day we drove 12 miles to Two Tails Ranch which is an elephant sanctuary. We learned about the elephants, fed them and even rode them! The third day we drove 30 minutes to pristine, clear Rainbow Springs where we swam and walked the paths down the Rainbow River. Lots of tubing and kayaking was taking place as well. Devil’s Den snd Blue Grotto are closer but you can only snorkel or scuba drive there. This was one of the very best vacations ever! I highly recommend it!
We absolutely did not want to leave this quaint, peaceful property. The home is adorable and clean. It was even fully decorated for our Christmas stay…tree, lights and all. Being greeted by horses each morning was a dream come true for us. Our dogs loved to safely run free. Cannot wait to stay here again!! ❤️
My family and I came upto this area for the springs. We had no idea how beautiful this Farmhouse was. It truly was over the top. We loved the house, the space, animals, trees, pavilion and many other amenities including a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. I took my dog for many walks around the grounds. I loved the rocking chairs on the covered patio and relaxed there often. The patio overlooks the expanse of the property. It never felt hot under the oak canopy. I will remember this beautiful Farmhouse in Williston for a very long time.
