Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Strategically located near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the Hotel Zone and the center of the city.
The best thing is that it is located on the ground floor and has a private mini-pool. On the roof top you will be able to enjoy another pool with a spectacular view and the Caribbean Sea.
In your reservation we include the concierge service to help you with transportation, tours or activities, etc.
It has a queen bed + a sofa bed for a total capacity of 4 people. It is equipped with everything you need for a good vacation.
It has WIFI, Smart TV Youtube, etc.), air conditioners.
The building has perimeter security and outdoor security cameras and hallways in common areas.
It is located in a building shared with 3 other apartments. It is located in front of a busy street, there may be noise from cars, pets or neighbors.
RULES:
❌. Extra guests or visitors are not allowed inside the condo.
❌. No parties or noise are allowed between the hours of 9:00 pm to 9:00 am, so as not to disturb the neighbors.
❌. Guests are not allowed on the Rooftop from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
❌. Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies, Rooftop or in view of other guests.
❌. Pets are not accepted.
❌. No smoking inside the property.
❌. Do not consume ⚠️ illegal substances.
❌. Do not litter or leave outside the apartment.
❌ Towels are not allowed to be used to clean, remove makeup or paint hair.
❌. Do not throw toilet paper or any object in the WC. Deposit it in the trash can.
❌. Do not use ❄️ air conditioning if there is no one in the property, with the windows or doors open.
✔️. Take care of the water in the shower and toilet. Let us know if you see any leaks.
✔️. Respect staff and neighbors.
✔️. The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
