Balcony OceanView Beachfront Penthouse

Beautiful apartment with sea view, air conditioning, wifi and Smart-TV in the room. It is located in front of the sea in a condo-hotel that gives you the option of making your stay "All inclusive".

The condominium has a private beach, lounge chairs, gym, swimming pool and secure parking.

You can add to your reservation at the property (with extra cost): Breakfast, lunch or dinner, bar, all-inclusive package or condominium amusement park.

The area is safe. You can find local life. You can find the ferry to Isla Mujeres very close.

You will have the studio to yourselves, with:

It is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. Stairs need to be used to get to the apartment.

The apartment is beachfront. Feel free to enjoy the beach. The photos are real and recent, take into account that in some season you might find sargassum in the country, usually in hot months but it is random. If you find sargassum we suggest you spend the day in Isla Mujeres, the Ferry is very close.

Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost).

RULES:

✘ Extra guests or visitors are not allowed.
✘ Parties are not allowed.
✔️ Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
✘ Do not hang clothes or towels on windows, balconies or visible from public areas.
✘ Towels are not allowed to be used to clean or remove makeup or dye their hair.
✘ Do not throw paper or objects in the WC.
✘ Do not use air conditioning if there is no one in the property or with the windows or doors open.
✘ The pool cannot be used in casual clothing and a bathing suit is mandatory. Please respect the pool hours.
✘ Food and drinks in glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
✘ Do not exceed the speed limit of 10 km/h in the condominium or parking lots.
✘ Do not throw or leave garbage outside the apartment.
✘ Pets are not accepted.
✘ No smoking inside the property.
✘ Do not consume illegal substances.
✔️ The use of clothing in common areas is mandatory.
✔️ Please let us know if you see any water leaks.
✔️ Respect security personnel and neighbors.
For each rule that is not followed, up to a $200 usd penalty can be charged

Replacement for loss of key, cards, bracelets, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each.
