Kami was GREAT!!!!! Seahaven Mngmnt AWFUL!
Kami was wonderful at communicating with me and making check in super easy as we were coming in late. Room was clean, however I was thrown off by the shower! Doesn’t have door and has 3 shower heads. My husband sure enjoyed that!!! However property management is awful. They are super strict and picky!!!! What makes it awful is their attitudes to guests. They control absolutely everything while in the pool. While we were down one of the pool security guards kicked out a man and his 4 year old bc he was using a float. No warning what so ever just told them they needed to leave immediately. It’s the attitudes that don’t work! The way they speak to you!!! As if you didn’t just spend $$$$ a good amount of money to stay at their property and keep them employed!! Their “housekeepers” have the same attitudes as do their front desk personnel. I won’t be staying there again. Parking is another issue! Plus bring your own wagon to unload your belongings, this is the first hotel/condo where I hardly saw carts to help you take your stuff up to your room. Thankfully my husband pushed to bring our wagon along on our trip. It was a lifesaver.
