The house is surrounded by a large garden with direct access to the lake via a small staircase. Villa Soghetta is very close to the public beach in the Lemprato district with a children's playground, bar, various restaurants and grocery stores. From here, a small promenade along the lake leads to the district of Crone, a typical sea village.
