Detached villa in a quiet, gated residential area.
The spacious rooms of the villa are spread over 2 floors. A room and toilet on the lower floor, with spacious living room, a large kitchen and terrace with wonderful views. 4 suites on the upper floor and also a terrace, each suit has access to it. The garden area is very well arranged with its private pool (if necessary pool heating) and its barbecue area, in the lower ground floor sports equipment and a ping pong table are available. There is a small supermarket, 200m from the villa, as well as a bar and restaurant nearby. The city and the beach are 8 minutes by car.
