House description: The apartment is on the 3rd Floor of a Wilhelminian style residential building with elevator and green view.
Public transport and activities: Experience Vienna intensively and without the need for public or private transport. Famous Viennese cafes and restaurants spoil you with culinary delights and Vienna nightlife is just a few steps away. Relax in a typical Viennese coffee house with delicious pastries, a huge selection of newspapers and first-class live piano music. Or take advantage of the fantastic shopping opportunities in Vienna's shops, shopping centers and markets. Our 75 m² apartment is located near the Urania between Vienna Mitte (U3; U4) and Praterstern (U1) and the inner city. When moving into the apartment you will find extensive, up-to-date information material. Take advantage of the numerous possibilities of cultural life, such as concerts, vernissages, musicals, etc., which the vibrant city of Vienna offers.
Sights and striking places nearby: Our apartment is located between the Vienna Prater with its countless green recreation areas and the historic old town of Vienna (URL HIDDEN). The St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The ring road runs around the old town with all of its magnificent buildings from the imperial era (URL HIDDEN).Also in the immediate vicinity are the Hundertwasser House and the newly restored Urania observatory!Take advantage of our location and experience a different Vienna!
Our apartmentApartment description: The spacious 75m² designer apartment has been completely renovated and is suitable for 1-4 people. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, storage room and anteroom. The apartment is located on the 3rd Lift floor. Non smoking apartment, no pets. Equipment: The apartment is furnished to a high standard and selected. The equipment includes: 1 TV (cable), mobile phone or fixed telephone, internet connection, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee machine, sufficient cookware and dishes, bed linen, towels and tea towels. Additional equipment: cot, ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner. Bicycles can be provided on request. We have a paid garage space in the house !!
Arrival and departure date by appointment. Handover of keys on site. We look forward to welcoming you to our apartment! We are also happy to help you personally as we live right next to our apartments!

Excellent apartment and location

Such a great apartment for our stay. Better than we expected. And absolutely no problem getting around by tram. Thank you Wolfgang for letting us store our luggage for the day! Will certainly recommend this rental.

Mother & Daughters’ Trip

Our trip was amazing!! This property could not have been any better!! Extremely clean. Perfect location. Old world charm mixed with all modern conveniences. Property owner attentive, reachable and friendly! Would not want to stay any where else if I am ever so lucky to visit Vienna again!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It had everything we needed and the host was so helpful. The neighborhood was great with some nice restaurants nearby and is right by the tram line.

Very nice place and very nice host.

We walked everywhere we went. The apartment is about a 20-30 minute walk from the middle of the old town area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We had an awesome time staying here and would do so again.

Fantastic Vienna Apartment

We loved our stay in this spacious and sparkling clean apartment. The Mosers truly extended themselves as wonderful hosts assisting us with our questions and providing us with such a lovely home away from home. This apartment is in a perfect location. 8 minute walk to the underground train, 2 blocks from the metro. Very walkable to the 1st district. This cute apartment is very clean, comfortable, well equipped. Felt very comfortable in the area, walking around in the evenings. Appreciated that there is a lift. Wolfgang and Nicholas were wonderful to work with. We would definitely recommend this location and we do hope to come back to see more of Vienna someday and would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay in Vienna

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay.The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and the shower is wonderful with lots of hot water available. The elevator provides easy access to the 3rd floor apartment. The apartment is conveniently located to many attractions with close access to public transportation. The hosts are terrific! Communication before and during our stay was excellent. They make every effort to ensure their guests have a great stay. We are really happy we chose this apartment for our trip to Vienna!

Nice place

Lovely Clean and roomy place, very nice to have a washing machine. A little bit out of the way, but trams were easily reached and frequent. I broke a glass shelf which the owners were very decent about.

Nice area

Wolfgang and Christine were lovely people and very accommodating about allowing us to store our luggage. The apartment itself is located in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to everything. A bit of an odd layout in that the solo toilet was located in a small room near the front door and the shower and sink area (to wash your hands) is off the kitchen. Also, it was unusually warm while we were in Vienna and the one split was located high on the ceiling in the living room so for us (we love it cold) it was not sufficient. The couches also seemed a bit dated. For those reasons didn’t give a 5 star rating.

Empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sauber und groß und sehr einladend eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, auch die Küche hat alle Utensilien die man braucht. Außerdem liegt die Ferienwohnung sehr central um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Ideale Stadtwohnung

Tolle Wohnung, ideal gelegen. 3 Minuten bis zur nächsten Tramhaltestelle (2 wichtige Linien). Das Appartement ist bestens eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Angenehm ist auch der Lift, da die Wohnung im 3. Stock liegt.

Super Ferienwohnung, alles da was man braucht. Lage Top Zentral. Etwa 200 Meter Fußweg bis zur Trambahn Haltestelle. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.

Super Lage und geräumige Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, die sehr geräumig war. Vor allem fanden wir die Lage optimal: vieles war von dort aus zu Fuß möglich, oder mit einer kurzen Fahrt mit der Straßenbahn um die Ecke - bei einer gleichzeitig eher ruhigeren Umgebung.

Great flat in a nice location

This is a good sized flat, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped for meals in if that is your preference. The flat is close to the centre of Vienna with easy access to transit. A good home base for any stay in Vienna. I have only 2 minor issues with this flat. 1. The pillows are quite flat, very lumpy and uncomfortable. 2. Communication with the host prior to check-in was poor. I messaged via the VRBO website asking for suggestions for a local restaurant for our first night in town but received no response. The hosts did provide a manual for guests in the flat that listed some local restaurant options, but an acknowledgement of my message would have been appreciated. Once we arrived, communication was good and we found our hosts to be pleasant and helpful.

Wundervolle Tage in Wien

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung war wirklich top.Die Gastgeber (Familie Moser)sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch sehr gut.Die Tram Linie 1 ist fussläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und man kommt sehr schnell in die City und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.Außerdem gibt es im Viertel sehr gute Restaurants,Bäcker,Supermärkte etc.Alles ist zu Fuß in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen.Rundum können wir die Wohnung mit besten Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Wonderful time in Vienna

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Vienna. Very clean and everything you need. The location was perfect for us. Close access to public transport that can take you anywhere in Vienna. Old town was only an10-15 minute ride on Tram. Great restaurants within walking distance. A grocery, pharmacy, bar and bakery all within 5 walk. The recommendations on restaurants from the hosts were fantastic so check out their little guide book. Would definitely stay again if ever in Vienna. Danke!

Eine wunderbare Woche in Wien

Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig (2 Tram-Linien um Ecke), Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermarkt nah bei; sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben unsere Woche in Wien sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder.
