Clean place

Place is very clean and the owner gives us snacks. Master bathroom is nice and spacious and the kitchen is beautiful! Highly recommend!!!

Great Biloxi Getaway

This cozy bungalow is so convenient to all that the Biloxi Ocean Springs MS Coast area has to offer. The screen porch & magical backyard is a cooling getaway from the heat of the day. Clean & comfortable. Truly an asset to Historic Biloxi. We hope to go back soon.

Perfect Location In MS

This place was so nice and the backyard was extremely peaceful to just sit and enjoy the scenery while listening to the water. Came here for a graduation and this place was close to all family members and the beach. This is definitely a go to when ever we come back and visit and the host Marvin was very attentive and easy to contact

Excellent home away from home

The house was just as pictured. Very clean. We walked to the downtown area. Not far from the beach. The screened in porch and backyard were great. The owners were wonderful. Very accommodating. Definitely would stay again.

Our Gulf Coast Getaway

We had a very relaxing time at this location. Everything is as was described. All fixtures were top notch including an electric fireplace for the ambience. Marvin was a most gracious host, answering my questions about things in the Biloxi area. This was our 3rd winter getaway in Biloxi, and I actually was starting to feel like a local!! The atmosphere in Biloxi in general is somewhat laid back and the people are very nice. We will definitely be going back. I would definitely recommend this house and the Biloxi area to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Christmas Trip for Son/Daughter in Law

The house was very nice and well appointed/equipped with everything anyone would need for a vacation destination. There was a small storm one night and the owner (living a couple of doors away), came down and swept away fallen tree limbs, etc. The only thing I should have done is research the neighborhood. I'm sure this issue will resolve itself as the community continues to rebound. The house is very nice.

Gulfport Marathon weekend!

Very close to the shuttle pickup! Clean and newly renovated spot. The owner is extremely responsive and we had a wonderful stay. We were most comfortable driving to nearby locations. Would stay again!

Biloxi trip

We arrived a little bit before check in time. We had been on the road for almost 9 hours. The hosts allowed us to bring everything into the house and get settled. This small act of kindness was an important part of our trip because we were all exhausted. The house is extremely well appointed with everything you need to have a good vacation. The hosts are incredibly gracious and take a great deal of pride in making sure their guests are comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Gulf Getaway is Grand!

This is a little jewel of a cottage in east Biloxi! It is situated within a block of the beach and just a quick trip down the street to great restaurants in the arts district. Casinos are also nearby if you’re a gambler or crave a buffet. Quaint Ocean Springs is just a few minutes away over the bridge. It was really a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The house itself has been completely renovated with high quality materials and it is obvious that it is a labor of love for the owners. It was fresh and clean throughout. The owners provided so many thoughtful touches: from the welcome sweet treat, to little bathroom nightlights with scented wax, to plentiful coffee supplies and much more. As other guests have mentioned, the showers are especially luxurious, with rain heads, handhelds,and multiple wall jets, leaving us wishing we had the same at home. Beyond the interior, there is a screened deck with additional dining space, comfortable seating and a gas grill. Stepping into the backyard, there’s more deck space under the sweeping branches of a magnificent oak tree, and lights strung for a festive nighttime atmosphere. A fountain provides gentle sounds of water, beautiful plantings are all around, a cornhole game ready to play, and a fire pit with seating for cool nights. We also had the pleasure of meeting Marvin and have to say you won’t meet a nicer man. He was always very responsive and accommodating during our stay and we’d definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

The listing and pictures do not do justice or fairness for this listing. This property is beyond a 5 star property all the way around. Close to the beach, entertainment, stores, and restaurants makes it ideal for a weekend or vacation stay. The bathrooms and bedrooms are luxurious and meet all your needs for helping you relax and recover from the day and recharge for the next day. The screen porch and back deck and yard allow for a quiet and peaceful time if desired. Finally seamless check in and detailed communication by the owner makes for a stress free stay. A definite return for us very soon.

Gulf Getaway - The Perfect Location

I can’t say enough about this property! It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. The beds slept great! The bathrooms are fancy and amazing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking in and eating on the screened in porch. The back yard/outside area is GORGEOUS. There is a deck, seating, corn hole, a fountain, and beautiful plants. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. Thank you to our wonderful hosts! We will be back!

Little private paradise

This is probably the best place I’ve ever stayed. The fountain is so wonderful to sit outside by. The backyard is a perfect little paradise. I will definitely go back next year. This place was the highlight of our trip. Thanks Marvin

Amazing!

I have stayed at many vacation rental properties but have never been moved to write a review. Our party consisted of three adults and one child for the Independence Day holiday 2023. Entering the home was a breeze! Upon entry, we found that our host left a bit of lagniappe. I wont give away the surprise, but it will leave you wanting more! The house itself is small but well renovated. A few of my favorite details were the installed ice maker, keurig, and the showers. I could go on and on about the showers, but you will see for yourselves. There is a large patio with plenty of seating and large gas grill leading out to a private oasis of a backyard. I spent the majority of my vacation sitting there listening to the babble of the fountain and the birds. One of the neighbors informed us that we could see the fireworks from the backyard. We decided to take the very short walk to the beach to take in the large crowd. Locals told us there is a fireworks show every Friday night. Walking to the restaurants and attractions are a bit further, but doable. I would 100% recommend this property to couples and small families and plan to stay here or the hosts next door sister property they will be renovating in the near future. Great Stay!

Our stay was great. Marvin was attentive and very hospitable. The southern hospitality was on display! We couldn’t have asked for a better host. We arrived to the property and had fresh donuts as a welcome. It as a really nice gesture and started our trip off on the right foot. The house is cute and was close enough to our family, restaurants and things to do. We hope to stay here again.

AMAZING!

Everything about this stay was absolutely perfect! From pre check in to post check out. The house and property are very well thought out and just as beautiful as the photos. Everyone that visited was blown away by the backyard space. It was so relaxing! The property is well stocked with everything that you may need to get your stay started. All you need to bring is yourself, a swimsuit, and beach towel! Beach is a very short walk. And it isn't crowded like many beaches along the gulf coast! There are casinos within walking distance (if that is your thing), restaurants, entertainment, fun for the kiddos, and more. Mr Marvin is a fantastic host and is dedicated to making your stay the best it can be! My family and I will be staying again.

This property is AMAZING! Mr. Marvin was such a kind and welcoming owner. They have worked so hard on this property and it shows. I would recommend this home to anyone that likes the finer, cleaner feels of a rental, the home away from home love vibes. Truly a Great, Comfortable, "dont wanna leave" kind of stay!
