Welcome to our home away from home! Whether enjoying a day on the mountain trails, the rides at Dollywood, or shopping and exploring Pigeon Forge, a cozy retreat is a must. Situated near downtown, Cedar Lodge 401 is a 4th floor, 3 bedroom condo located on Little Pigeon River. You can enjoy all the fun activities of Pigeon Forge and nearby downtown Gatlinburg. Just as exciting, you're just a short drive from Dollywood and all the outdoor adventures the Great Smoky Mountains has to offer!

I will not be located nearby. However, guests should be able to reach me through Air BNB should there be any issues.Welcome to our vacation home! We want you to think of this as your home while you are here, too. Whether enjoying a day on the mountain trails, the rides at Dollywood, or shopping and exploring Pigeon Forge, a nice cozy retreat is a must. Situated near downtown Pigeon Forge, Cedar Lodge 401 is a fourth-floor, three-bedroom condo located on Little Pigeon River. Enjoy the comfort of the seasonal gas fireplace while lounging on the cozy furniture, or relax on an extra large balcony with plush patio chairs and a dining set. The Cedar Lodge Resort also includes a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, grilling area, and on-site fishing from Little Pigeon River!
This homey condo features three bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed and isotonic mattress toppers for a great night’s sleep! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, with a jacuzzi in the master. Each bedroom also has a large flat-screen TV with DVD player. The condo is beautifully decorated and features local art throughout the property. Other amenities include:

Summer vacation

The proximity to the river, Dollywood, and restaurants/attractions was great. We loved being close to the Rocky Mountain national park. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The condo was on the 4th floor and had a quick elevator located right by the unit. Our host was accommodating and responsive! We had a great stay and would recommend again. Thanks for the great stay!

3 BR, 3 baths, a beautiful creek and right off the main drag!

What a great property! This is a favorite among our many VRBO rentals. We travel with our adult children so 3 BR and 3 baths was ideal. The balcony view of the creek is great and the rest of the condo is clean and spacious. We covered Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and several hikes in the Smokies and found this location to be perfect. Cute bear theme, good beds, easy parking—you want to stay here!

LOVED!

This was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved it. It looks just like it is describe/shown. Everything was clean, beds were amazing, patio furniture & view was also so nice and relaxing. Perfect location to everything. The condo is super spacious and having our own bathrooms was extremely nice. We were already recommending this place to our friends. Only downfall was the pool and hot tub weren’t open. We were really hoping it was open seeing as my son loves the water! The AC doesn’t seem to cool off as much as we had hoped but having the extra fans in the room were very helpful. We will most definitely stay here again.

Great location, excellent condo

This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in. It is in a great location convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions…right behind the Stampede. It was clean, well decorated, comfortable bed and furniture, and well stocked. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Absolutely Perfect

What a wonderful property. Great location to all of downtown activities as well as Dollywood. The VRBO was so clean and decorated very well. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. We did not cook at the VRBO but the kitchen appeared well stocked. I would highly recommend this for a family or group of friends.

Perfect mountain condo

Quick family trip to Dollywood to celebrate our grand daughter turning 5. Everybody in our group was happy with our stay. The condo is cuter than the pictures. The welcome committee with a few little ducks and a friendly goose started our stay perfectly. Location, cleanliness, and the 3 comfy King beds were a plus💗

Perfect Birthday Weekend Getaway

From the outside the building looks older so we had our reservations, but once we walked into the condo it felt like home! The decor and over all feel was inviting and comfortable. The views and central location can’t be beat. The cleanliness of the condo was excellent! The host was very quick and easy to communicate with. There was an issue with the elevator in the building, which is not any fault of the host, but she worked quickly to help remedy that situation. We are already making plans to visit again, and hopefully make this property a normal stay for us!

Great Christmas Getaway

Our family decided to take a trip rather than exchanging gifts. When we arrived, the condo was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. The location was convenient for everywhere we wanted to go. The Welcome package we received helped us tremendously. The balcony overlooking the river was a nice retreat for an afternoon nap. We could not have been more please.

Outstanding Property

We were very impressed with it all, location, the condo itself, ease of check-in and check-out, parking. The location is right on the river and convenient to most all the attractions. You could even hear the train at Dollywood. This is the best end of town to stay because you're also close to the entrance to the Spur going Gatlinburg. The condo was beautifully furnished, very clean, had plenty of room. It was also decorated for Christmas. No complaints whatsoever. We plan to stay here again.

Convenient location, easy access and clean. The decor was so fitting and was even already decorated for Christmas. The manager handled a chirping smoke alarm as soon as she was contacted. Great value.

Highly Recommend.

Stunning condo-furniture and decor are high-end and looks professionally done. Very clean. The large balcony overlooking the river is well furnished. Comfortable beds and large screen tvs in every bedroom. Easy parking and condo was convenient to the elevator. Easy check-in. Host provided good info and was accessible.

Relaxing vacation meeting with friends

The stay was wonderful, the condo was comfortable ,nice and close to downtown Pigeon Forge. Just as advertised. The only concern was the cobwebs on the lamp to the corner of the wall in the 2nd bedroom with the bathroom in the bedroom had 2 lights out above the mirror but we still had enough lighting to see. The condo was big enough for the six of us to have our own space. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again when visiting pigeon forge.
