This is a small complex on the Gulf Side of the boulevard. No busy streets to cross to get to the beach. Enjoy the Gulf Breezes from your balcony. The unit is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo with plenty of natural light and a nicely equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated living and dining area with a wood burning fireplace. The primary bedroom has king bed, and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Washer/dryer are in the unit and there is plenty of storage space.
Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no additional cost and there is ample covered, tandem parking beneath the building.
Did I mention the kitchen - well it has everything you need for Florida style cooking. In other words, restaurants are close by. Bring your beach towels, sunscreen, and beach chairs as you stroll out to your beach and revel in the sunshine.
We are not the fanciest place on the beach, but we are reasonably priced, and the minimum stay is 4 days.
Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
