This spacious and private 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that is located in the heart of Indian Shores has it's own elevator that takes you straight to your front door. The condo will accommodate up to 6 guests.
You will find ample room to relax and spread out in the open and airy living area, offering 2 leather loveseats and a leather sofa with a queen pullout bed along with a large flat screen TV. Just off of the living area is a full size bathroom with a walk in shower. The living area also has 2 sliding glass doors leading out to a large balcony overlooking the heated swimming pool and the beautiful turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico.
The condo has a full kitchen which has everything you will need to cook your favorite meal in, as well as a breakfast bar that seats 4 overlooking the dining area and living room.

The primary bedroom has recently been updated including a brand new Queen-size mattress as well as wicker furnishings and new tropical decor. The guest bedroom offers 2 full-size beds and has recently been updated with new bedding and decor. You can enjoy intracoastal water views from the private balcony located in the guest bedroom as well. Both bedrooms are adjacent to a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
You will also find a stackable washer and dryer in a separate laundry room for added convenience.
A heated pool and grilling area are located next to the beach for guests to enjoy and a private dock is located across the street for guests to enjoy fishing or watching the dolphins play.
The complex is close to area restaurants and shopping. Clearwater Beach is a short car ride to the North and to your South is Madeira Beach, home to John's Pass where you can enjoy a fun filled day in the sun at the Marina or shop until you drop at the many beach shops they have to offer.
Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
