This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units sleeps 4. The condo has recently been updated with paint, new flooring and new twin beds in the guest bedroom. The primary bedroom has king bed and full bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and is adjacent to a full bathroom. Relax on your private balcony that overlooks the sparkling swimming pool, with views of the intracoastal in the background.
The open floor plan offers a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The condo has a stackable washer/dryer for added convenience. The living room has large flat screen smart TV with Cable and Wi-Fi is included at no additional cost. Amenities include elevator access, heated pool,, covered parking, and private community gas grills by the pool. A private fishing pier is located at the back of property for guests to use.
The complex is across the street from the beach with a private beach entrance for guests to use. There are several great restaurants nearby such as Crabby Bill's, PJ's, Salt Rock Grill and Guppy's. Ride the beach trolley to Clearwater Beach or John's Pass for more fantastic seafood choices and lots of shopping.
Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The unit is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in this property. Any violation of this will result in immediate eviction of the property and forfeiture of monies paid.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $3,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
