Spend your stay in this cozy 2-room comfort appartement. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, an armchair with footrest and a dining area for 4 people. The separate bedroom with a double bed, a closet and bedside tables offers all living comfort to feel good. The fitted kitchen is equipped to prepare all kinds of food. The balcony is accessible from the living room and invites you to enjoy a glass of fresh wine in the fresh air in the warm afternoon and evening sun. This apartment is facing north / west, overlooking the quiet courtyard.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath, toilet and sink. Likewise, in this apartment a television is available. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for common use. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 3 € / day. All floors, including the underground car park, are easily accessible by lift.
For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.
