Lapa Villa #2: Nature, Privacy, Heated Pool, Sauna & Beach Trail!

Lapa Villas is a gorgeous, beachfront property consisting of 2 homes surrounded by wildlife-filled rainforest, with everything you need for a perfect vacation--from an infinity pool, sauna, gym and beach trail! In Lapa Villa #2 are 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms, plus another externally-accessed bedroom downstairs with bathroom. If this home is rented the upper home will NOT be separately rented to other guests, thus you'll have the entire property to yourselves.

Lapa Villa #2 the heart of the property and great for gatherings. The home itself is centered perfectly between flowering gardens, the covered pool area, and the open-air kitchen & outdoor lounge. There are 2 spacious bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a huge open shower, and the guest room has a bunkbed with a queen on bottom and a single on top, also with a large private bathroom. On the lower level is an externally-accessed bedroom with two twin beds and a full ensuite bathroom.

The rustic, outdoor kitchen and lounge area have a warm, wooden, organic feel and are great spaces for families and groups. There are ocean views from this area. There are 2 bars with stools on both sides, a huge hardwood dining room table, grill, refrigerator and freezer. It's the perfect setting for a chef-cum-bartender to show off his or her art! Not to mention the covered & heated pool, which communicates directly with this great outdoor area. On the lower level is also a sauna! (In case the tropical heat doesn't get to you!)

A cobblestone trail leads past a small caretaker's home (out of sight) to a semi-private, little-visited beach! The beach itself is mostly rocky--and not great for swimming--but also a beautiful space to visit and relax. We will soon have sea kayaks for the use of our guests. For the intrepid a rough trail leads to other, nearby, sandy beaches.

NOTE: Between October 2024 and April 2025 the owners will be constructing a small guest house on the property, approximately halfway down the beach path. The site is not visible from the lower house, but there may be some construction noise between 8am - 4pm Mon-Sat. Furthermore, the workers need to access the property via the main entrance, and will pass beneath the lower house when arriving and departing--not intruding on your privacy visually, but they may be heard briefly at 7am and then 4pm. We will do our best to ensure that the construction does not interfere with guests' enjoyment of the property but you will also pass by the site on the way to the beach.
