AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I had booked this place two months in advance prior to my arrival dates to Miami. I had to message the host the day of the planned arrival date since I still had not received check in instructions. Only to find out the host cancelled my reservation literally 5hrs before my arrival. I had already been charged the full amount and was Literally had no where to stay once I landed in Miami. The host had no consideration to cancelling ahead of time so I had proper time to find another place. Host was very inconsiderate

Certaines choses à revoir

Nous avions loué cet appartement pour son emplacement Rien à dire il est au top !!! En ce qui concerne l’intérieur de l’appartement il faudrait revoir certaines choses : douche qui ne fonctionnait pas (eau bouillante avec impossibilité de réglé) machine à lave le linge qui était en attente de changement de pièces donc juste possible de laver à froid .porte serviettes arraché dans la salle de bain Nous l’avons signalé à notre arrivé mais rien n’a été fait Sachant qu’on avait loué avec 2 salles de bain !!! Donc obligé de se partager la salle de bain Problème de Clim qui a été réglé Matelas tout écrasé d’un côté du lit !!!’ Je pense que tout ces points auraient pu être réglé avant notre arrivé Paye une location à ce prix là n’est pas un problème quand tout est clean !!!!

Amazing stay

Couldn’t image a better stay with my family in Miami. The apartment looks just like on pictures - modern and clean. It is in a great location with an amazing view over Brickell. The host was very responsive and accommodating. He made sure the apartment was well equipped for our long stay. Highly recommend staying here!
