Like every property in the area, there's always a possibility of some construction-related noise. This noise could come from this property or neighboring properties. The city sustained hurricane damage in 2022 and ongoing construction continues throughout the city.*

Please note that Towers Grande HOA does have an abundance of specific rules that they enforce stringently. This includes only allowing related family members to book the unit. Also, of those family members, the same guests must be in the unit the entire length of stay and cannot be changed out with other guests. Also to note from the HOA, even private vehicles that have any commercial decal on them are not allowed as it's considered a commercial vehicle by the HOA. The HOA has us send you an addendum agreeing to their specific rules and fine penalties after your reservation is confirmed.
