The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds (160 cm wide), two bathrooms (one of them en suite), a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen with dining area and two balconies, from which you can enjoy the entire panorama of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We offer another apartment in the same building with space for 6 people, so that up to 12 people can vacation in the same house. The apartment was recently completely renovated and has a fully equipped high-gloss kitchen in addition to modern bathrooms. Shops for daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is very central and is still quiet. A parking space is reserved for you directly at the house. The apartment has 2 balconies, from which you can enjoy the entire panorama of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The view extends from the Karwendel Mountains, over the ski jump, to the Wetterstein Mountains with Alpspitze and Zugspitze. No matter what time of year, Gamisch always offers excellent holiday conditions!

Beautiful apartment in wonderful location. The accommodations were very clean. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Convenient to area attractions. We also enjoyed the shops we could walk to.
We loved our time here while visiting Garmish-Partenkirchen and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this place. The home is beautiful, clean, fresh with great views and close to many restaurants and shops. We loved the extra space where we could relax, visit and eat some meals in! A beautiful place!
Check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean, spacious and was easy to get around the area. The only issue we had was the television didn’t work. There was a cable laying on the floor for the tv but we couldn’t find where to connect it and I tried to contact the property manager and got no response regarding this issue
We three retired teachers enjoyed our stay in this flat. Situated midway along Ludwigstraße, its location afforded us easy walking distance to shops, ATM, and the public parking garage. Parking initially for us was a challenge since we could not use the underground lot nor access directly the public parking garage due to road construction. Once located, however, this garsge was easy and convenient to use.
Nice location, big apartment but could use some upgrades
Place was nicely located on main tourist street and steps from multiple restaurants, bakeries, and hiking trails. While the apartment was large and well laid out, it could use a little love in two areas: walls and beds. The paint was really dinged up and walls were dirty, needs to be repainted. Also the beds in the master with en-suite bathroom were bad. For the master suite you should have a queen or king bed, not two twins shoved together. Plus the sheets were rough and mattresses were cheap and we could feel the springs all night long. It made no sense that the smaller bedroom where the kids slept had a real queen bed, but not the master suite.
The check in process is time consuming and you have to drive to the other side of town and stand in line to be checked in, pay tourist tax (which they didn’t tell us about) and get keys, then drive back across town. Also, while parking garage was a definite plus, there are zero instructions on how to open the garage. For those who are curious - use the apartment keys to open the little door, once inside you need to shut them door then walk about 25’ into the garage to the rope hanging from the ceiling, pull the rope and the garage door will open. Wildly confusing and took us 15 minutes to figure out.
All in all, great location and good price but needs a few upgrades to be a five star rental.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt schön zentral im Ortsteil Partenkirchen. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz und die Wege zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr kurz. Einzig die zu geringe Anzahl an Stühlen für den Esstisch war nicht so passend, so dass andere Stühle aus dem Wohnzimmer benutzt werden mussten. Es gab auch nur vier kleine Löffel.
Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Die Lage ist zentral in Partenkirchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, was nicht immer Standard ist. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von vier Freunden, alle Anfang 20, über ein verlängertes Wochenende in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Die Ferienwohnung war genau wie online beschrieben, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und rundum sehr zufriedenstellend. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief problemlos. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer zu empfehlenden Ferienwohnung.
Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral gelegen, leider durch den Durchfahrtsverkehr auch relativ laut wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und sehr großzügig geschnitten. Die Bäder sind funktional und auch für 6 Personen ausreichend. In der Nähe gibt es genügend Restaurants, sodass die Küche auch mal kalt bleiben kann. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch gern wiederkommen.
It was a very nice stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen! The apartment was on a beautiful street, private parking in a garage around the corner. A bakery & butcher shop just a very short walk away. A daily fresh fruit stand on the street below the apartment. Several restaurants 5-minute walk away or less as well. Perfect mountain view outside our windows.
The apartment itself was fantastic! Plenty of room, clean, modern bathrooms & appliances - yet lovely traditional decor.
Florian was excellent in communication - timely in the 6-months before our stay, with very informative responses. While at the property, an immediate response to the 2 or 3 phone calls that I made to him.
In sum - we would Definitely stay here again!
