This was the perfect place for me to stay during my son’s fraternity’s Mom’s weekend. The location was perfect, walking distance to the fraternity, University Blvd, and U of A! The check in and out processes were seamless, the property managers were quick to respond, and the property was clean and exactly as described! I would certainly stay here again!
Everything about this little house was fabulous — the cleanliness, the decor, the thoughtful touches. The location was perfect, just two blocks from Time Market and the Sun Link. I would stay here again.
I was coming into Tucson to visit my daughter at the U of A. This property is very clean and within walking distance to U of A. It was perfect for my four nights stay. Will definitely stay here again.
Excellent location. Right near Time Market. Walked to U of A campus. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was very quiet. Would def stay again when we move our daughter out of U of A in a few months.
This is exactly what we needed for a girls week in Tucson. Walkable to so many things. Property management was so quick to respond to any inquiry we had. Thank you!
The property fully met our needs of what we were looking for: within walking distance of the University, downtown historic Tucson and free public transit. A short bus trip to get groceries was combined with an inexpensive Lyft ride back. We did the same thing with an evening out.rtime.Okaycomfortable for watching TV.
Everything was great. Just as described. Love the location as its easily walkable to UofA, the trolley, and just 2 blocks to Time Market. I'd come back just for their bread and coffee!
My wife, son and I stayed at this rental over U of A Family Weekend (visiting our daughter). We had a great stay and really enjoyed how central it was to the campus and University Blvd. The unit was exactly as advertised, clean and prepared well. We would definitely stay here again!
This property is conveniently located with easy in and out access. A market and terrific coffee shop are an easy 5 min stroll away. The property couldnt be cleaner and it was very comfortable. Finally, there were excellent comms with the property manager throughout the process!
Locating the apartment was a bit tricky because in this area of Tucson numbered streets intersect numbered avenues. Fortunately, we arrived before the sun set. The designated parking place for the unit is south of Speedway off Third Avenue and faces out on an unsigned alley.
The mid-century decorating is very cute and includes a space-age style toaster and microwave!
The bed is very comfortable, and even light sleepers will have a restful night if the trains cooperate. (Complimentary ear plugs are provided for nights when they don't.) The wall lights beside the bed operate with remote controls. One side was missing its remote.
We noticed that the bathroom sink was leaking suds and water from its base on Friday night. We used the tiny kitchen sink (which includes a Pur filter) until a plumber arrived on Sunday afternoon to fix the trap.
The kitchen is small and counter space is minimal. It is stocked with dishes, silverware, a few pots and skillets, knives, cooking utensils, salt and pepper, paper toweling, and a Keurig coffee maker complete Kirkland coffee pods. As a tea drinker, the only thing I missed was a proper kettle for boiling water. (I always bring my own tea bags.)
Brittiany from the Turnkey Pros Team emailed contactless check-in directions the morning of our check-in day. She responded to our email messages, and even offered to answer questions about the area.
The Suntran tram stop is a couple of blocks south. Currently the service is free.
We had a great stay. The property is just as promised. It's a really tasteful place that was perfect for us to spend a week. I really enjoyed the coffee bar that was ready for me to make that first cup in the morning.
I recently stayed at this Vrbo for a few days during a business trip and had a pleasant experience overall. Initially, I found the place a bit challenging to locate, but once I figured it out, everything fell into place smoothly. The spot itself is quite charming and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of meetings. The interior is well-maintained, and the amenities offered made my stay convenient and relaxing. Whether you’re in town for work or leisure, this Vrbo offers a nice balance of comfort and functionality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cute and comfortable place to stay.
This charming, historic small property worked well for myself, daughter, and grandchild (4yo). Location was convenient for the attractions and activities we planned to take in as well as proximity to local friends' homes. Also for family time (light) cooking and game playing. Enjoyed the patio space and was + to have the laundry availability. Will hope for availability next time I visit Tucson either alone or with a family member or friend.
Great location. Very comfortable accomodations. We enjoyed our stay here and the location was perfect for accessing the University, 4th Avenue and the downtown area. We will certainly plan on staying here on our visit to Tucson.
I stayed 10 nights and could not have been more satisfied. Just right in all aspects. I will definitely save this listing for later, and recommend ut to anyone needing a place close to the university.
