We were in town for our daughter's tournament. The location was excellent for ease and distance from the gyms. The hosts were super communicative and responsive. The house is exactly as the pictures showed. We will definitely book again if we are back in Yakima for a long weekend!
We had the best stay here! Great communication, perfect location and lots of space. The backyard was so lovely too. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
The house was nice and well stocked with everything we needed to stay for a week. The kitchen was pretty well supplied, nice big table for family dinners and games, and tons of toys to keep young kids playful throughout the day.
I rented this house with some friends for the Fresh Hop Festival and it was perfect! A great backyard, close to the festival grounds, and plenty of space for all of us.
A lovely home, easy to find. Had a couple of issues, the first one was that I couldn’t get the TV to work for me. The hosts got right on it and found the problem. The second night I couldn’t get in the home. The code wasn’t working, so the door wouldn’t open. Again they took care of the problem, their house keeper came and turns out the heat swells the door and it sticks. Once those were addressed, everything went smoothly. They were wonderful about helping me. Everyone was terrific!
The home was as described from listing. Cute backyard with plenty of seating. Kitchen fully equipped with the standard necessities. Bedrooms neat and clean with comfortable mattresses. Close to everything in Yakima. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed this little home for almost 2 weeks. Property was clean and we definitely would have enjoyed the outdoor space more if there hadn’t been a fire burning in the area :( Still, we had a great visit, the house was well equipped and provided a welcome place to host family for meals. The kids loved all the toys provided! It was just me and the kids so I was a little worried about safety, but the neighborhood was super quiet (there is street noise, but it sure didn’t bother me as I slept great on the bed in the Master BR!) and after a day or so we felt very comfortable coming / going, even in the evenings. No issues with Internet so that was nice - I even worked a few days from the little sun room off the kitchen. Owners and yard crew were considerate and responsive, yet unobtrusive - can’t ask for more there. Overall very nice visit and so much more comfortable than a hotel :)
Five friends and I stayed here for the weekend to go wine tasting for my birthday and the house was so cute and centrally located. We had such a great time playing games out in the backyard.
Amazing hospitality in this home. We enjoyed breweries and great food both directions east and west in the valley and a morning walk to the beautiful park nearby and through the beautiful neighborhoods. Perfect home base for a weekend series against the Yakima Pippins baseball. great stadium experience too. Thanks again!
We were a group of tennis players in town for the USTA Sectionals tournament. We needed a place where we could host the team members from other houses for dinners and this could not have been more perfect. The backyard with its retractable shade and the large outdoor dining table with plentiful seating was wonderful when the evening cooled down. The house was very well provisioned with plates glasses etc and lovely cut glass vintage serving dishes. The sunroom bed was lovely as was the en suite queen. Good bunks as well. Would love to stay again, thanks Lesley
Our group of five felt right at home and enjoyed the cozy environment. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The beds and pillows were comfy- although the ladies sharing the hide-a-bed in the sun room had a great laugh getting in/out of bed, said it too was comfy.
We were in town for our son’s tennis tournament so we didn’t spend too much time at the home but Paul was so attentive to all of my needs/questions. The home was very clean and has everything you would need. Thank you for opening up your home to our family.
The home was clean and comfy. It had everything we needed and more than most. Communication with the owners was excellent and included all necessary information. Check in was easy and check out requirements were very reasonable. We would be glad to stay at this home again.
We really enjoyed our weekend here. The yard is gorgeous. I’m not able to message the host right now, getting an error, but there were some earrings we found on the headboard, we left them in the kitchen counter :)
We were visiting my brother and his family over the weekend to celebrate my nieces birthday. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It is such a calm neighborhood and the house is beautiful. Will definitely book again next time we visit my brother.
