This two bedroom condo has recently been remodeled. Both bedrooms hold queen beds. The living room couch turns into a futon for additional sleeping as well.

Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.

There is free parking on the premises, but also plenty of street parking. This condo is located on the third floor, which means a workout with a view!

Enjoy a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, and a kitchen table with seating for 6 people.

Feel free to watch all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the comfortable couch and luxury chairs, or play an assortment of games provided. There are two bedrooms, both equipped with queen beds.

The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters and much much more!

A short walk or quick Uber will get you anywhere!

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $100.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
