Spanning 180 square meters, Villa Patrizia accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for two families or a group of friends. The private garden is designed for leisure and enjoyment, featuring a sparkling pool, mini gym, comfortable deck chairs, an outdoor fireplace and a covered terrace with a dining area for all guests.

Ground Floor: A bright, welcoming living room with direct access to a spacious outdoor terrace equipped with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cookware, a cozy bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional guest toilet.
First Floor: Two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a sofa bed that easily converts into a double bed.
All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout your visit.
