New House! 3/2 Designer home, Guest Passes, Golf Cart

This fully furnished 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is in The Village of Delunna. Our home is equipped with everything to make your stay unlike any other in The Villages. The home offers a fully stocked kitchen featuring specialty appliances such as an air fryer and a Kuerig pod & pot coffee maker. Furniture throughout the house is new, with a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The home features a King bed in the master bedroom and Queen beds in the remaining bedrooms. The living room, as well as each bedroom, is equipped with new Smart TVs that provide access to your favorite movies and shows. You’ll thoroughly enjoy many of the family board games, cards, and books within the home.

Indulge your taste buds each morning in a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with two separate eateries before making your way to a screened lanai connected to an outdoor patio, where you can find access to a new gas grill to assist in preparing your favorite outdoor meals.

Three bedrooms can sleep up to six comfortably, a pack-n-play is available for your little one. Each bedroom has a smart TV and one X-Box 360 and a few games are ready for those teens to enjoy.

A complimentary golf cart will be provided to access your favorite activities around Florida’s Friendliest Hometown, such as golf, pickleball, and tennis. Delunna Pool & Recreation Center, Edna’s on the green, and shopping center are all a short cart ride away.

Two optional temporary Lifestyle ID cards are available for $50.00 for monthly rental. These will be valid for the length of your stay. Fees associated with the Lifestyle ID cards are payable to The Villages. Short duration stays guest pass can be provided, (3 day requirement to obtain passes needed) which allows access to pools and most services, to make your own Golf T times require Lifestyle ID’s.

The driveway is monitored by a security camera for your protection. Front door is electronically keyed for easy access when you arrive.

Access to the Florida turnpike is a short distance away, with a quick ride to the Orlando parks, Disney, Universal or head down to St Pete beach for a day of fun.

What a beautiful home, so clean, well-equipped an comfortable. We enjoyed our time around the dinner table after preparing meals in the great kitchen or on the grill. Our times on the lanai were great, chatting, reading and watching the 2 little anoles and enjoying the beautiful warm days. Great vacation thanks to a great host.

We were very happy with this home. It was very clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The neighbors were very friendly and the owner was very accommodating and communicative. We were staying for a family reunion in the area, so we didn’t get to take full advantage of all of the amenities, but The Villages is a fantastic community to visit!!

Everything you need for your stay is provided and more! The home is beautifully decorated, well stocked, extremely clean, and perfectly located. The host was great at responding to my questions and also checked in to make sure everything was ok. Being able to use the golf cart is an awesome perk. We loved our stay so much, we ended up buying a home - with the exact same floor plan!

Perfect location, Perfect accommodations!

We spent some time house hunting and thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we were there. This home is clean and well stocked. The owner was very kind and super easy to communicate with. Beds were very comfortable. House was spotless. The location was fantastic, short golf cart ride to Paddock Square and easy access to the Turnpike. You will not be disappointed with your stay here. Fantastic Stay

Our entire group (all adults) throughly enjoyed staying here. The host has a beautifully decorated home that provided everything we could possibly need or want. The host checked in to make sure everything was going well. The house is just a short golf cart drive to Brownwood, very convenient! Would definitely stay and/or recommend this property to others!

It doesn't get any better than this!

The owner of this property went over and beyond. Everything is new and spotless. Spices, pots, pans, grill, golf cart, bathroom supplies, and a gift basket with snacks and wine were provided. Dave checked in with us several times to make sure our stay was perfect. I have rented in the Villages before and stayed at dozens of places using VRBO and this is the best!
