Can’t wait till next year!

This is our 3rd stay at Breakaway…we absolutely love it! We had a cable issue and it was fixed in 24hrs! Great and close to the beach, grocery stores, surf shops, and more! Already looking forward till next year!

BREAKWAWAY

This house is amazing! Updated and very clean! Had plenty of space for our group. The backyard is perfect on the days you want to swim. One of the cleanest VRBO’s I’ve stayed in. Super close to the beach.

Worked Good for our family

We had a great time with the weather we had. Great place to stay but I would recommend a few things. a couple beds had sand in them, the sinks did not get hot water, there was not enough toilet paper for a week which any other vrbo I have been in supply at least one extra roll. Also when it comes to the kitchen most Vrbo have spices available, this did not have one thing. No blow dryer which I was surprised by and the stove was pretty outdated and very hard to read the numbers when cooking. I also would recommend a little maintenance in the pool and backyard area. Needed a little cleaning.

THIS PROPERTY MET ALL OF OUR NEEDS! I WOULD COME BACK OVER AND OVER! WE ACTUALLY WORKED FROM HERE OUTSIDE AT THE BAR AREA..IT WAS GREAT :) WE HAD 8 IN OUR PARTY WITH 3 KIDS AND HAD PLENTY OF SPACE.

Perfect location!

This house is gorgeous! Pool is amazing! Steps to the beach. We had a great time and I highly recommend this rental! Only issue was rowdy neighbors😏

Everything was very good, excellent communication with tenants, excellent location, the house is beautiful and we were very well installed, the only complaint is about the cleaning of the house, which is not well done.

Great vacation home for our family!

We loved the house and location. Super close to the beach. The backyard is fantastic and includes a heated pool and gas fire pit. Lots of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped except that the dishwasher was broken. Also the pool heater was working the first two nights and even though I said we wanted to use the gas fire pit and asked about the propane it wasn’t filled when we got there but the property manager brought a new tank the next day. Everything else was great! Would stay here again.

Beautiful Place! Could have been better...

The location of this house is phenomenal. You walk 5min and you are at the beach. The house was clean and the layout was great. Plenty of rooms for our two families and 7 kids! The pool was perfect for the kids to play in when we needed to recharge before going back to the beach. There is some concerns we had though. The tile in the house and on the back porch of the house is extremely slippery when wet. Multiple falls from kids coming from the pool to the bathroom or to grab a snack. I fell myself and it was not pretty. We needed to put down towels all throughout the lower floor to prevent more. We also experienced mechanical issues with the range and dishwasher. Although I wish it was handled better, they compensated us for the less than perfect experience. David, I believe one of the managers, was super helpful and made it right by us. We would definitely rent here again in the future! Destin is a great little beach community.

Perfect vacation home for two families!!

The house was ideal. Clean, very well stocked for our cooking needs. I usually bring pots and pans and anything I would need to cook all week....I over packed this time! We cooked every day and the kitchen had everything we needed! The backyard was great! Heated pool was nice. Plenty of space for the kids to swim and play. The guys loved grilling and watching their games on the outdoor TV. We enjoyed cocktails by the gas fire pit every evening once the kids went to bed. Steps from the beach! This made it great for two families with different napping schedules. We were able to come and go easily with the kids! Beautiful beach and area. We have never been to a house that we couldn't wait to come back to!

Broken

The shower doors were broken in one of the bathrooms, leaving 9 people with 2 showers. The ceiling fan in the living room did not work. No working can opener. The location was amazing. A little to close to your neighbors though. Everyone can see and hear everything.
