About this property

Lakefront Family Retreat-Great set up for multi generational families

My property actually has 3 separate cottages on the same lakefront property. Past multi generational families have found it a great place to vacation together, yet have privacy and their own space. Round Lake is a 500 acre "all sports" lake. Its great for fishing as well.

The water is very clear, and great for swimming. My shoreline offers a nice shallow hard sand bottom, great swimming for kids of all ages. Easy access in and out of the water. I have a large dock for your boat(s) jet ski(s) or you can rent my pontoon boat. I also offer 2 kayaks for complimentary use. The kids will love my large floating Matt in the lake.

***. Please note that I DO NOT provide bedding and towels. In total their are 4 queen beds, 6 twin beds, and 3 full size sofa beds/futons.

Rented All Three Properties for University Team

We competed at the Michigan International Speedway in a collegiate formula competition. The team (19 members) rented all three cottages. This place was perfect for the team! There was plenty of room for the team. Nobody wanted to share a bed and only three members had to sleep on air mattresses. The 20' by 40' patio enabled everyone to eat and hang out with each other. The three cottages allowed members to have their own space if they needed it. The cottage is right on the lake. The lake is spring-fed and very clear. The team swam and loved the bonfire pit on the lake's beach. The bonfire pit was used every night as a way to relax from the day's competition. And, the cottages are only a fifteen minute drive to the speedway! The owner is very nice and wanted to communicate to make sure everything was good. He even offered to provide a refrigerator full of beverages because he knew we were driving from a long distance! We had plenty of room for an entire team! There is nothing negative that I can say about this place or the owner. We already have reservations for next year! Great owner and great place!
