Oceanfront family suite-balcony, kitchen, downtown

No. 303 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned condo we call "Depth Benefits”. This one bedroom, one bathroom suite is located 30 steps up on the second floor and guests can take in those ocean views from the condo's large wall of windows or out on the private balcony.

Bring the whole family! Depth Benefits is a family suite that sleeps up to 6. It has two Queen beds in the bedroom, as well as a Queen murphy bed in the living room, giving everyone plenty of space both night and day. This condo also has a bathtub and shower combo, which makes it convenient for families with younger children.

Depth Benefits also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. We're also conveniently close to a variety of other recreation areas and hiking trails for the avid nature lover.

Right on the Beach

The location is right on the beach, although parking wasn't the greatest and somewhat small parking spots. The unit could use a little updating but overall wasn't bad. The lock of the door was a bit tricky at first but we figured out after the first couple of times. Walls are thin and I could hear neighbors snoring through the wall. It worked for us this time.

The Most AwesomeViews!

We really lucked out. End of November and we had dry, sunny, calm days, a full moon at night dancing across the waves and King Tides too. Our room was perfect, great kitchen area and a separate bedroom. Great location and easy to pull in and out of. Great spot to stay so we’ve already booked our next stay!

Good location

We loved our stay overall, but found that cleanliness of the condo was not exactly superior. This would not have mattered much if we didn't have a child with us. Our 2 year old developed rashes when she slept in the bed, understandably due to dust mites. There was also sand on the carpets left over from previous guests. But the views from the room were gorgeous, the balcony was the highlight of our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and proved super helpful. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
