4 houses to the beach/two blocks to downtown. A Craftsman style Bungalow, 4 bed/2bath. Less than a block until your feet hit the ocean sand. Near downtown Beach Haven. Second floor fully updated Winter 2022. Bathrooms and kitchen gutted and remodeled. We also added central air.

My parents met at LBI in the 1960s and brought me and my sister back every summer to grow at up at LBI. My family recently moved to NJ in 2019 and now I get to enjoy LBI with my family as well. We hope you enjoy the shore and our house as much as you do!
What makes this property unique
Walk across the street to the beach. So close it is easy to bring kids and the home has such a unique design and feel. We particularly love the front porch with the windows. Sitting there morning for coffee and evening for after dinner drinks. The ocean breeze blows through to cool the evening.
