Lakefront 3-Bedroom Home with Detached Game Room

Yes, you can have it all! This home and detached game building has something for everyone. The home is roomy and immaculately cared for. The single-slip dock is where you can keep your boat or watercraft. During part of the winter, at lake draw down, there is insufficient water dept to float a boat. Send inquiry to owner for details before booking in the winter. The location is the 39 MM which is referred to as the quiet part of the lake with the calmest water. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a gas fireplace and TV. There is three bedrooms with a large master bedroom and bath. The master bath is equipped with a large walk-in shower. There are two other large bedrooms that share a hall bath with tub-shower. Both bedrooms have rollaway beds for a total of 2 which enables the home to comfortably sleep 8 people. The home has an attached double car garage which can be used by guests. There is seating with a table on the rear deck along with a gas grill. There is a sitting area including a Solo stove on the concrete drive between the home and a detached garage. The detached garage has been converted into a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, magnetic darts, air hockey and corn hole.

Be advised the owner will accept a minimum stay of 2 days during the off season from Oct 1 through April 1. Contact the owner with an inquiry.

Vacay at the Lake

We had a great stay. The communication with the owners exceeded expectations. The refrigerator went out before our visit and a new one wasn’t scheduled to arrive h til the day we were scheduled to leave. Joe and his wife went out of their way to find one and have it delivered so our vacation want impacted! The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The house is at the end of a cove and debris from the lake does tend to linger where the dock is. Other than that, we enjoyed the home, handing out off the dock one day, rented a boat another and playing pool, fuse ball and ping pong in the attached “game room.”

Excellent property very peaceful even on weekends

Had a great trip Joe was very responsive and accommodating!! Would come back for sure! Place had everything and more to cook clean wash etc. Was very clean very comfortable and very quiet!!! Would recommend absolutely!

Great Fishing Location

If your looking for a place to stay or fishing a tournament . This is a great location and good price . I would recommend to anyone . The dock has power to charge your bass boat . Only minutes from town .

Family vacation!

This property was just as advertised. Clean - family friendly - comfortable. Had no trouble with anything at the home. The internet was great and I did some work while there. Plenty of parking and the game room was the scene of much laughter, smack talk and schooling in pool! We had a great time. A few things for people looking to stay - it is a quiet cove. No jumping off deck type of swimming. We did have the kiddos with water shoes on wading in the water. They loved it! Take your own body wash and shampoos. We always do, but know sometimes other rentals provide. Don’t want anyone leaving a poor review just for this item, as Joe and his home were great. We also took the suggestion of the owner and rented a Tritoon from Pirates Point. Was pricey but so worth it for us!!!! We got a tube and lily pad and it was a day and 1/2 of complete family enjoyment! The only problem we encountered - the long weekend went by too fast!! :)

Family Get Away

The house was nicely decorated, clean and just the right size for our family. The game room area in the extra garage was a nice extra addition. The only downside, was there was a strong odor in the garage, after opening both doors to circulate in some outside air we didn't notice it as much. The location of the house was close (by car) to all the things we wanted to do. The cove is tight and not much of an area by the dock if you want to just float in the lake. Up and close with all the neighbors, but they all seemed very friendly! We rented a jet ski and had no issues, but there is no way a large boat would fit. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the house.

Great spot on the lake

The house is modern, very clean, and well-cared-for. The kitchen is well-equipped. Beds are very comfortable. The game room was a great place to spend the day that it rained. Joe is very knowledgeable about area restaurants and other establishments and gave a lot of great advice. There is a small boat ramp right next to the property, which we used to launch our 20-foot fiberglass bowrider, and the private covered boat slip was extremely convenient (although a boat a little bigger than ours would probably not fit). The attached garage was convenient for storing watersports equipment. The lake was quiet on weekdays, and we were able to do a lot of water skiing and wakeboarding with minimal boat traffic (especially mornings and evenings). The second driveway off of the game room was long enough to park the truck and trailer, which simplified arrival and departure.

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful property! Exactly as pictured. Very well stocked, didn’t need any of extras we brought like the usual Vrbos. (Towels, Kleenex, paper goods, etc!) Quiet end of cove, good advice and suggestions from hosts for wonderful stay!!

Great Time Away

We had a great stay at this property. The home was very clean, and just as described. We had two couples, plus our 13 yo grandson, and there was plenty of room. We ate most of our meals at the house using the well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed floating in the cove and getting to know the friendly neighbors. Restaurants and shopping in Osage Beach and Camdenton were an easy drive away. At Joe's recommendation, we used Pirates Point marina (about 15 minutes away) to rent a pontoon for a wonderful afternoon out on the lake. Thanks to Joe for answering our questions and for the great accommodations.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the Ozarks!

The home was perfect for our family of five adults. We utilized access to the adjacent private dock for our boat and jet skis during our stay in Lake of the Ozarks. Neighbors were very friendly. The extra garage with game room became our nightly place to hang out playing table tennis, pool and air hockey. I would highly recommend this VRBO property that had plenty of room for our family, was in a quiet area with easy access and enough parking for two vehicles and boat trailers. The property owner has been very responsive and helpful with suggestions of where to go during the day and recommendations for restaurants.

Very clean lakefront house

This house was one of the best places that we have stayed in at the lake! House is immaculate and roomy! We used the game room every day and it was such great family time. The back deck overlooking the cove was nice as well! Fishing in this cove was great! Very nice weekend!
