About this property

Welcome to our Surfside Villa conveniently located in Surfside neighborhood on a very quiet street. Our house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom with Lanai and pool. Kitchen with granite counter tops and stocked with everything you need for your stay. Master bedroom has king size bed with mater en suite large closet( we do provide pack and go for those traveling with little once). 2nd bedroom has queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. living room has pull out sofa. Enjoy a day out on the pool or night on the lanai. BBQ has been provided for you grilling needs. Going to the beach, we have beach chairs, umbrella, towels and toys and cooler. Any stay over 14 days is considered deep cleaning price for cleaning is double ($590)

All was good with this property until our workers checked out. She sent 2 photos of some food spills, size of a tablespoon or so, probably when they were cleaning out the refrigerator, and made a huge deal out of it. She then sent me a photo with some change in the washer and she said we probably ruined her washing machine. I thought she was joking with me because the guys spent so much time cleaning up before they left. She was not joking . Still not sure where she was going with all of this but its done now. Was suspecting she maybe needed me to buy her a new washing machine?? Not sure. Beware of landlords that don't want to use the outrageous fees to send cleaning crew in that we paid for

Relaxing time!

This residence was very clean, well stocked with linens, towels, and everything you need in the kitchen. The lanai with grill and pool were great amenities. The only drawback for us was the location. It was residential with very little to do locally. We had to drive a distance to beaches and for recreation. Our host was very receptive and helpful.
