There is space for two more people on the pull-out sofa. The extensive kitchen facilities include a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and towel dryer. The apartment also includes an underground car park. The non-smoking apartment with great beach location is handicapped accessible and designed for senior citizens. Max. 2 pets are allowed in this apartment on the Baltic Sea - for a small fee of 10,00 € / Ov. Per pet. Bicycles In the underground garage there are 2 general storage rooms. Here you can accommodate your borrowed or brought bicycles & Co. Bicycles you can in the village z. For example, you can borrow 15b from our co-partner "way2bike" in Ostseeallee. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental offers many more things around the bike, but also carts and much more. You are also welcome to use the pick-up and delivery service from / to the holiday property. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person 15,00 € per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival.
