Bright and comfortably furnished you, dear guests in this 3-room apartment for up to four people plus toddler welcomes. The apartment allows a relaxing family holiday in the center of the popular and natural Baltic Sea resort Boltenhagen. The apartment is newly renovated and offers free Wi-Fi. b> Facilities The non-smoking holiday apartment is 56 square meters in size and can be reached from the underground car park with its own car parking space via the hotel's own elevator. For the desired holiday comfort provide a light-filled living room with direct access to the spacious balcony overlooking the pier and the green, a well equipped open kitchen area, two separate bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer and towel dryer. In the larger bedroom there is a double bed (180x200) and in the smaller bedroom a bed that you - special feature: at the same height (! - see pictures) - can take off to 140x200. Special features The cot is of course provided with a travel cot and a high chair on request. For family trips to the Baltic Sea, a wagon is included for you dear guests. Up to 3 pets are welcome in this non-smoking apartment for a fee of 10.00 € per night (per pet) by arrangement. Information about the bicycles & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no liability for the buggies provided. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for borrowing replacement devices can take over, if the devices are defective, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The wagon is offered as a bonus and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even to get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
