The modern and colorful accents decorated living room has a comfortable corner couch and a cozy warming fireplace and a stylish dining area for 6 people. Flatscreen TV and stereo underline the modern ambience. A separate kitchen allows you to "cook at home" because it is fully equipped with fridge freezer, stove / ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, small electrical appliances and plenty of dishes & Co. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe on the same floor level and a guest room with a single bed, where even enough space would be to set up here if necessary, the children's travel cot. A large, bright bathroom with floor-level shower, corner bath and vanity and a separate toilet room are also available on this floor. In 2.
