The space
This rustic two-story log cabin is perched just minutes away from Pigeon Forge against the backdrop of a beautiful mountain range. With an open floor plan and plenty of windows for natural lighting, there’s a lovely view wherever you look. The cabin’s interior feels cozy yet spacious, furnished with modern amenities and decorated to feel warm and inviting.

★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★
The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate. We recommend downloading an "offline map" in your Maps program. It will let you navigate to our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage.
To do this, it's easy:
1. Open the Maps app and log in.
2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out so that the map you see contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between.
3. On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., select "Download Offline Map > Download."
On Android: Tap the name, select Download, click Download

★ NATURE IMMERSION ★
The natural surroundings offer majestic areas and sights. However, you might encounter a few bugs happily playing on the deck and around the cabin. Don't be alarmed, as this is a standard occurrence in the Smokies.

Although we love animals, the cabin is not suited to accommodate pets, and we would kindly ask you not to bring your furry friends with you.

Close to Dollywood and Activities

Beautiful cabin with fantastic views. I would be nervous to navigate the road up to the cabin during winter months due to the steep grade, but it was fine for our summer stay. We were close to Dollywood and lots of activities in the Pigeon Forge “Island” shopping district. We loved our time here.

Home Away From Home

This was our second time staying in this cabin, first time with the current owner. We absolutely love this cabin!! The views are beautiful and the location is perfect. It's secluded enough to be away from the busyness of town, but close enough to not have to travel far to get to everything. Kelly is super easy to get ahold of and very attentive. The cabin itself has so many perks and the theater and game rooms are great for the kids to always have something to do.

This cabin was just as they said it was. Perfect location to see bears. The cabin was very clean and had everything we wanted and needed for our family vacation. When we arrived we noticed the hot tub was not very full, we contacted the owner and by the next day the hot tub was full and ready to use! We would most definitely stay at this Cabin again in the furture.

Great family vacation

My only regret about the vacation is that it's over and I didn't have the time to use all the entertainment provided in the 2 game rooms. But fortunately my children made up for it. The view is like something out of a postcard. The living room is just an amazing cozy happy place. They are televisions and every room so when we had some down time everyone had something to do. The bedrooms had great window treatments which is something I always look for when renting a home. The host was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. The Queen bunk beds top and bottom made it so comfortable for my children and the home theater was an absolute hit. We loved our family movie time. Thank you Kelly for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful!!

The (last) road to the home is quite the Incredible hill so be warned depended on your vehicle but once you get there the house is beautiful! Everything is clean, beautiful furnishings all like new and everything you need to bring in your stuff and start vacation. Kelly is very responsive to all needs even when I contacted her early morning about a tree down across the road if the community (making exiting impossible) she helped contact the community for us; we’ll beyond her job as the home owner but so helpful! The porches off the home and the view were our absolute favorite, we spend so much time on those rocking chairs!! All of the entertainment items were are fun welcomed addition as well, we enjoyed them all.

Amazing Property

We travel frequently and this was by far my FAVORITE cabin we have ever rented. There was so much for the kids to do. The movie room was the biggest hit. We were able to see 6 bears outside the cabin during our stay. The only downfall was the hill to get up to the cabin. If you do not have 4 wheel drive it might be a little tricky to get up to. I definitely recommend this cabin to anybody that would like to stay right in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Family Vacation

Beautiful cabin for a large group. Adults enjoyed the scenic views of the Smokey mountains from the porch and the kids enjoyed the movie theater and game room. The property was clean and had all the essentials for cooking. The host was easy to communicate with before and during our trip. Thank you for a great place to vacation!

Beautiful, clean cabin with breath taking views!

Highland View cabin was beautiful inside and out. It had everything you could possibly need. From normal everyday things to the theater room (which my kids loved), to game tables, hot tub, and so much more. Our host Kelly was very kind and helpful with everything. The cabin was clean and fit our family of 10 perfectly. When we are back in pigeon forge this is where we will stay.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! From the second we booked the cabin our host was east to contact, promptly answered our questions. He was so helpful and pleasant. Our cabin was everything and more! Pictures don’t do it justice. The view is breathtaking from every level. We had a problem with one of the bathroom doors not opening, he promptly responded and had it fixed within 24hrs. We are already planning another trip and plan to stay with this host! Thank you for the memories!

Fun Family Vacation!

As our family grows we needed a place where we could all meet. We were looking for a place with things to do within the home and in the near by area. This cabin was good for both! There was plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed playing pool, foosball, air hockey, the arcade games and of course the home theater! The views from the decks were great for watching the sun rise in the mornings with coffee or the sunset from the hot tub! We were close to all Pigeon Forge has to offer, The Old Mill, Putt Putt, Restaurants, Museums and Dollywood! Would we recommend this Cabin, Absolutely! The road/ drive up to the cabin was interesting as it was steep but worth it once at the top!

Wonderful Views, Near Perfect Location

Week in the Mountains

We had an amazing trip! The cabin was perfect for or family and the view was incredible! The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. The movie theater was perfect for our family to get together and enjoy a movie. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. We had so much room to spread out and relax. Just a perfect week!

Perfect getaway for the family...

Just got back from our stay and the cabin surpassed expectations. We had 8 people vacationing with us (6 adults and 2 children) and we truly enjoyed our stay. The views were breathtaking. We spent considerable time on the decks enjoying the mountains. The cabin was well appointed with everything you need. It was nice that the views felt like you were miles away from civilization when in reality, you are only a 5 minute drive from downtown Pigeon Forge. We were spoiled with the amenities. A hot tub that stayed hot. A home theater that I swear the people across the valley could hear us watching Jurassic Park (...our apologies), pool table, etc. Everything was immaculate. I can't think of any negative other than the fact that the pictures don't do the cabin justice. Dirk was really helpful in answering any/all questions but we didn't have many to begin with as the information he shared on the front end was sufficiently comprehensive.

Quick Getaway

The views from this place are some of the best in the Smokies! We found this to be a great location to spend time in both Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg. With quick access to the park entrance and hiking trails made coming back home to this gorgeous home fun and super relaxing for our family.

Happy on the Hill Top

This is a magnificent property! We were so busy off the property that we really did not utilize many of the fantastic features they have there. Pool table, foosball, sit down table top multi-game arcade incl Galaga, Donkey Kong, PAC-Man etc, hot tub, plenty of rocking chairs on the balconies that overlook the mountains, air hockey, and too many other features to remember them all. Oh yeah, a “Movie theater room“ with about 10 full-size recliners with cupholders. My wife and I are clean freaks and I have to tell you, every glass is crystal clean and all the dishes and flatware were perfect too. Not even water spots. This is a top-notch property with a top-notch host. I usually like to leave at least one item that is ‘room for improvement’ however I really can’t think of one. This property is the last (furthest) property on a multilevel switchback road. Low gear and a good transmission is a must!

Excellent cabin

We had a blast on our family’s weeklong trip. We enjoyed playing with the pool table, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball. Beds were excellent! One of the best cabins in Sherwood Forest.
