The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood of Crafton offers easy access to and from the Airport, as well as Downtown Pittsburgh. There are two large shopping centers less than a mile away that offer anything that you may need.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop right down the block. Information on the bus schedule can be find at Port Authority of Pittsburgh.
Uber's and Lyfts are plentiful. There is easy access to the City and all other points from the area.

Just to note again, there is a basement studio apartment that sleeps 2 people, this unit is often booked for long term stays.
