Canal front cottage perfect for relaxing and fun filled vacations in close proximity to Ocean City, Ocean Downs Casino and Assateague Island. Ocean Pines offers many amenities including the Yacht Club Pool and Marina, OC Beach Club, Golf Course, Skate Park, Raquetball, indoor/outdoor pools and playgrounds.

This charming updated two story canal front cottage is located on Ocean Parkway minutes from Route 90. Our cottage has three bedrooms. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and a sliding glass door that opens to the wrap around deck and a view of the canal. There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and one twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed and a view of the canal. There is a full bathroom on each floor both with walk in showers. The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat screen tv and a sliding glass door that opens to the large deck and a view of the canal. The living room is adjacent to the eat in kitchen which has a large table which also has a view of the canal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your favorite meals including microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The kitchen door leads to a large screened in porch with a table for eating crabs or your favorite beach fare. There is a gas grill on the deck for grilling. The large driveway has enough space for parking several cars. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy the canal. Bring your fishing poles to fish off the pier.

One of our best stays in Ocean Pines

Colleen's cottage on the canal is a home away from home - a 3 bedroom home on an Ocean Pines canal that has been well equipped and comfortably set up. Our family especially loved the deck and the awning was perfect - to enjoy the deck and the canal views on hot or rainy days. Beautiful views of the canal, convenient to Ocean Pines activities and a short drive from Ocean City and Berlin. Can't wait to go back!

spacious house in Ocean Pines

We owned a home in Ocean Pines for 17 years before moving to Florida. We love the area. The house was spacious enough for both of us to work remotely without interrupting each other. We had friends over for dinner and found everything we needed to cook a complete meal. There was an amazing breeze off the water that allowed us to use the side screened porch each evening. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an awesome time at this place. It was a short drive to the beaches and the boardwalk. The screened porch was great, and it looked just like the photos. Perfect for our family. Dealing with the owner was easy as well. Hopefully, this little gem is available next time we want to stay near ocean city!

OCMD Wedding

Came to OCMD for friends wedding - found this place and it was perfect for us! Location ideal, downstairs bedroom perfect for the grandparents and right on the canal - beautiful! The owner is AMAZING so quick to respond and very nice! Will be staying here again when we venture down to OCMD in the future.

Perfect House

The house was perfect for my wife and I along with both sets of parents. The house was very clean and well stocked. The parents enjoyed the fireplace during the cool evening. Perfect location to get to everywhere we wanted to go. The owner was amazing, helpful and very easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home by the canal

My family and I stayed here in July and had a lovely time. The home had everything we needed , full kitchen, laundry, plenty of bedrooms/ room for the 5 of us. Our children loved the games provided and we enjoyed our morning coffee out of the lively deck everyday. Close location to Ocean City and Assateague Island made it very convenient. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions and we would love to stay here again.

Relaxing from hustle of OCMD

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property, everything was as pictured in the listing. The place was very clean and well maintained. The cottage offered things to do with the family, such as board games etc. We enjoyed having breakfast in the morning on the screened in porch and watching the boats passing by on the canal. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed going to the pool close by and fishing/ crabbing of the deck.

Great cottage in Ocean Pines!

This waterfront cottage located on the canal in Ocean Pines is perfect for a beach getaway! The location is convenient drive to the beach in Ocean City, which the owner provided us with a parking pass for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th St. Also, convenient to drive to the beach at Assateague State Park, which we really enjoyed. The cottage is neat, clean, and well stocked with everyday household items you would need. The screened in porch and waterfront deck are wonderful to sit, relax, and fun to watch when the occasional boat passes by. Several great restaurants just a few minutes away in Ocean Pines also. The owner Colleen is easy to work with and we will definitely rent this cottage again!

Fantastic!!!!

We had such a wonderful stay in Colleen's house!! The house was super clean and obviously well-maintained. It also looks exactly like the pictures! Check in was easy with the key inside of the lockbox, and my kids (12 and 14) were comfortable in their own rooms on the upper floor. They also had their own bathroom upstairs, which was nice. The master bedroom, on the main floor, was also nice and it was nice to be able to access the patio from this room. The neighborhood was quiet, and my husband and son loved fishing right off the pier in the back! We even saw some crabs down there. The screened in porch was a great place to have dinner, as it offered great views of the canal, and my husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck in the back, just watching the boats go by in the canal. Colleen was also very attentive and quick to respond to any of our questions leading up to the stay, and left a detailed list of tips to help with anything we might need. The house also had everything one would need to cook/ bake a few snacks, and plenty of extra blankets should you get chilly. It was an easy, 15 minute drive into Ocean City to go to the beach, and plenty of places nearby to eat/shop. We loved our stay, we felt completely comfortable in the house, and we would definitely stay again!
