Remodeled spacious 2 bedroom Home

Enjoy your stay in Greenville in this spacious , newly remodeled, cozy 2 bedroom Home! This House is a short drive (10 minutes) from downtown Greenville, where you will enjoy fine dinning, shopping AND a beautiful waterfall at the park! Sitting on 1/2 an acre of wood land, this stay will have you be one with nature with a chance of seeing the beautiful wildlife. There’s also a creek! Wifi and parking are included. There are 2 bedrooms. The first one is a game room with led sky lights and animation (perfect for anime fans or children) with a full sized couch bed . The next room also has a full size bed with your own AC system both located on the second floor. Each room is outfitted with a smart Tv , the game room has a 4K 65 inch TV. The living room is very spacious with a huge couch and a crate / bookshelf display with games ( uno, monopoly) and more. The kitchen is outfitted with an air frier, rice cooker and a coffee nook. This is perfect home away from home.

Unseasonably cold holiday week
The main heating, and even the supplemental heating, was not sufficient to deal with the cold temperatures for the full length of the stay. The owner did respond to our concerns, but the remedies did not work. We left a day and a half early due to the uncomfortable cold.

Beautiful property with lovely tree view. Great kitchen with full-sized fridge and new dishes. Loved the rain-type shower head. Tall couples should pay attention that the master bed is a double/full size. Bed was very comfy, though!

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to downtown Greenville and close to woodruff for casual dining and shopping. It was perfect for a quick weekend get away

Spacious, lots of extras…
Newly remodeled duplex. We stayed upstairs. Apartment downstairs is Property # 2526593. Nicely decorated spacious great room. Large towels in the bathroom, which is a nice touch. Comfortable bed. Laundry room with soap and softener supplied, a nice surprise. Kitchen nicely equipped. Host even provided the coffee. Loved our stay and was happy that it is a dog friendly property. Host was very responsive. No issues with anything. Would recommend.
