The inviting living area features comfortable furnishings and a wall-mounted smart TV (guests must login using their own credentials), creating the perfect spot for at-home entertainment after sun-filled days. An expansive balcony furnished for alfresco dining overlooks the pool and private beach areas. The well-equipped kitchen offers gorgeous countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Central AC, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

Take advantage of fabulous amenities at Phoenix East II, including a shared outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie/wading pool, sun deck, racquetball court, covered gazebo with grill area, arcade room, tennis courts, fitness center, and private beach boardwalk.

Things to Know

Effective immediately, all parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before your arrival you will receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Perfect for a family of 4

This condo was absolutely perfect for our quick trip to the beach. We loved the area in which it was located. An easy walk down to the beach and pool but also close to shopping and amenities. My teenager enjoyed the gym as well. Very neat and clean place. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay

The view from the balcony and the beaches were great. The condo was really nice and was close to lots of stores and restaurants. It was great for our family of 3. I would definitely stay here again.

LOVED IT

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. We would definitely stay again and would recommend the condo. We had a clog in the bathtub but they came ASAP and solved the problem right away.

Not very nice

When we arrived the first thing I had to do was wash the comforter on the bed. It felt like there was sand all over it. The coffee table top was so wobbly we were scared to sit anything on it. The couches and chair are worn out. The arm of the chair seemed broken. The pull out beds in the couches are horrible. Had to sleep the opposite way on one because of how horrible it was. Turned on the garbage disposal in the sink and it slung a watch battery out of it. My husband got a light and looked down in it and he seen where someone had dumped several in there. One sliding door to go out on the balcony you can barely get it open so we couldn’t even use it. The bed skirt on the bed is disgusting! It is filthy and looks like it has never been washed! Ceiling fan close to the kitchen didn’t work. No batteries in one of the remotes. We will not be back to this condo!

Not so happy

The condo was not clean rings around the tub hair in the tub hair all over the couch and the chandeliers floor wasn't mop pots burnt where you cannot use them the cabinets in the kitchen had food stains all over them, they had not been wiped down due to the Coronavirus the condo should have been sanitized and clean the views was excellent from the balcony no one should have to go on vacation to clean

Just a few things

I loved the view and everything about this unit. Few things that they should fix is like one light in the bathroom is out there was no battery for the remote for the ceiling fan close to the kitchen but overall it was great for me and my family.
