In 2018 newly built airconditioned villa of 110 m2 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms well suited for 6 people. The villa has a modern and tasteful decoration, and is well situated with the Plage de la Croisette, and the center of Sainte Maxime at 3 km. Shopping can be done within 1 km. All bedrooms have a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Nespresso machine. There is a bar with 4 stools to eat, but normally all the meals are eaten outside at the garden dinner table on the covered terrace, which sits 8. This table can not be brought inside though since it does not fit through the door. The villa rents only out in the summer months May-September, but for the unlikely case of bad weather there is a foldable table which can be added inside to accommodate 2 more people for dinner near the kitchen bar.
