Small, beautiful house "Marianne", 2 storeys. In the district of du port de la Houle, in the centre of Cancale, in a central, busy position, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. Public parking on the road. Short-stay parking zone (fee). Supermarket 2.1 km, restaurant, bar 30 m, bakery 900 m, café 30 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Port Mer" 4 km, thermal baths "Thermes marins de saint Malo" 16 km. Sports harbour 50 m, golf course (18 hole) 25 km, riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Grand aquarium de saint Malo 14 km, La cité corsaire de saint Malo 17 km, La pointe du grouin 5 km, Dinard 22 km, Dinan 35 km, le Mont saint Michel 48 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Cancale.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the port. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only, no parking. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

La maison tordue
45 m2 répartis sur 3 niveaux avec des escaliers entre 2 niveaux presque adjacents. Bizarre mais la vue est jolie depuis le "salon". A part cela il a fallu pleurer pour avoir un peu de chauffage et décoller des 16°.

Très belle vue sur la baie à partir du salon salle à manger ... odeur de renfermé, de champignons, dans le hall et escalier d'accès à la chambre, même odeur forte dans la chambre. Sur 3 chaises à la salle à manger, 2 sont défoncées (canetage déchiré depuis longtemps visiblement).Communication avec Interhome difficile ou impossible (n° de téléphone en Suisse injoignable) ... Seule la vue sur la baie était magnifique.Il faudrait que la direction d'Interphone loge un week-end dans cet appartement .

Sauberkeit war schlecht
Topp Wohnung, tolle Lage und Blick. Leider sehr schmutzig, dicke Staubwolken unter dem Bett, Geschirr mit Rändern und schmierige Küchenschränke und Tischdecke. Leider musste der Schlüssel im Nachbarort in Saint Malo geholt werden. Es gab kein W-LAN, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung stand.

situation centrale épatante, proche de tout. SDB très bien. Mobilier du début du 20e siècle. Très bon lit. Très agréable grande pièce . Fauteuils et canapé ont vécu et on y est assis sans confort. Vue exceptionnelle sur le port et la mer.

Du bien et du moins bien
le positif: vue sur la mer superbe, joli duplex, literie parfaite. les points négatifs : chambres au premier étage et cuisine-salon au second, avec un escalier raide (difficile pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de déplacement), parking payant(51 € pour la semaine) ce qui augmente le coût de la location; il faut aller chercher les clefs à St Malo ! 15 km aller- 15 km retour, il n'y a pas d'état des lieux en présence du locataire, salon: beaux canapé et fauteuils mais inconfortables, dommage.

Die Lage ist klasse, die Aussicht noch besser, einfach mittendrin. Cancale eignet sich bestens als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Allerdings tut man sich mit dem Auto sehr schwer, da ein Parkplatz in vernünftiger Laufweite zur Hauptsaison kaum zu kriegen und wenn, dann teuer ist. Mit Fahrrädern ist es aber ok. Umständlich ist die Schlüsselübergabe (Empfang und Retour) 15km vom Objekt entfernt. Für uns war das aber alles ok.

NOUVEL AN SUR CANCALE
Logement grand, lumineux et propre sur plusieurs étages avec une belle vue sur la baie de Cancale. Manque un peu de vaisselle (verres à vin, couverts à crustacés) pour remplir le lave-vaisselle. Salle de bains petite mais équipements récents et modernes. Attention aux escaliers pas adaptés aux mobilités réduites. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas prévu un kit d'arrivée style tablette lave-vaisselle & papier-toilette pour patienter lors d'arrivée le dimanche ou jour férié pour les éventuels oublis.

Dejlig lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt. Beliggende på 1. og 2. sal, så man skal ikke være dårligt gående. Ældre møbler, men ok stand. Virkelig gode senge. Eneste minus er manglende udendørs siddemuligheder.
